Nikki came in to our lives in a very difficult time for our family. Her company set up and provided the best care imaginable for my grandmother. What they do for people in their most vulnerable time of need is so awesome. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful caregivers provided over the last 3+ years. Their people are second to none. Peach was so well taken care of and she could feel the love of all the different caregivers that took care of her including personal visits from Nikki herself. While she will be dearly missed I take comfort in the fact that the last few years of her life she was so well cared for. Thank you Nikki and team for all you do!!
Nikki and It Takes A Village have been lifesavers. My mom has dementia and we were going into a week without any caregivers (using a different caregiving company). Nikki quickly and efficiently went into action and found a wonderful caregiver so quickly it was truly amazing. Needless to say, we are not using the former caregiving company any more. I can’t say enough good things about Nikki and ITAV and I would highly recommend them.
Nikki made the process easy and painless. She found to great care takers who took care of my 91 year old Mom and they were both great. My Mom is going better but if we need anyone again I will definitely call it takes a village
After a horrific experience with another home health care agency, we luckily found “It Takes A Village”. We’ve had them now for a few weeks and it’s been life changing for my parents. I can’t say enough about the very nice and caring caregivers they have working for them. It’s a great weight off my shoulders (since I live out of state) knowing they’re cared for like family. Thank you “It Takes A Village” staff!!
In need of immediate home care for my husband, I contacted It Takes a Village. Within 24 hours a team of caregivers was in place. The quality and scope of work provided by the team was seamless and interface with Hospice invaluable. I am convinced my husband’s treatment was instrumental in his much improved functioning.
The two women that took care of me are the best! Super high quality care. Wilma was with me for over a month as a night aide. I could not have made it without her. She allowed my husband to sleep each night and not worry about me. I was in so much pain and she went beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable and get me through the night. She is so kind and personable.
Janet took care of me a few times when Wilma was not able, and Janet was just awesome too. I could not have asked for better care during a very traumatic snd challenging recovery from surgery.
I highly recommend It Takes A Village for anyone who needs in-home care.

Nikki and her team helped me when my father needed support when coming home from the hospital. We have worked with many agencies and overall the quality of caregivers coming from ITAV were higher than other agencies. Nikki worked hard to understand our needs and work with my family to find good fits...not only for skills but for personalities that would mesh well with my parents. Thanks Nikki!
