Dr shehata is one of the best doctor in GTA. She is very kind and concerned about her patients she has very calming personality ❤️

Dr. Shehata is a very kind and intelligent doctor. We have been with her for over 13 years now. She is our family doctor. We moved far from clinic. It is a long drive for us now.
We still don't want to change our family doctor because she is so intelligent and her diagnosis is so accurate. Our whole family is very fond of Dr. Shehata. Staff is supportive too.

I wish I could give zero rating , lady at reception (not the one in turban)is extremely extremely rude and disrespectful. I am coming to this clinic from one last year her behaviour is constantly bad , on one of my visit to clinic she told me to sit in room and slammed the door very badly. Everytime there is bad story about her behaviour.Management really need to pay attention to this.

Very very very bad service
I never thought I have to face this kind of rude people in Brampton. The lady at the reception was very disrespectful she can't even talk politely with a patient who is in pain.
Never going to visit this place.

I am coming to this medical centre for years now. The old lady at front desk is UNAPOLOGETICALLY RUDE AND ARROGANT. Initially i thought may be she is having a bad day, customer service can be exhausting but every time?? No matter what part of the day you go, she will be rude. No customer service at all. Not the best person to be there. When i came in to put a review, not surprised to see sooo many complaints about the front desk. It is high time for the management to recognize the problem and make some changes.
Never coming back here. (Not talking about the lady with turban. She is nice).

I am registered with this clinic for 1.6 years now and doctor does the best treatment. She also recommends specialists as needed. Thanks to doctor and team for quick services.

Not a good medical centre at all… doc always in hurry… never got attended at given appointment time
Lab attendant is a very very bad lady. She has lot of tantrums and always in hurry. Got there for blood work, first she spoke so rudely that why are you so late I said I was waiting outside but nobody was calling me in and then she took my blood so ruthlessly that bruised my arm with needle so badly.
Once again got there for blood work this time she missed the test report for which I went there so I had to give blood test again. I mean what the staff is doing there if they can’t manage their responsibilities. Never visiting them again in my life.
