Pathetic service. The male doctor doesn’t know how to treat the patients. Very rude , didn’t even greet you . Overall very bad service. Would never come here again. Doctor’s are meant to help the patients not to argue and make them feel disgusting that why you are here for a minor issue.

After having been referred from 111 to LRIA A&E. A&E sent me here on Saturday 29th June as I was having terrible pain in my ear and the Dr on call was professional, helpful and very experienced Thank you very much I very grateful

Just wanted to say what an excellent service we received on a bank holiday Monday. Reception very friendly. Dr Wala explained everything wonderfully and took time to ensure we understood complex matters. Thank you so much!

The doctors and nurses are very good......when you can get an appointment. The phone rings on and on without anyone answering and I sometimes wonder if their phones are working or if anyone is there at all

This is a big health centre. We were only there a short while waiting for our appointment. Doctor very helpful and professional.
Was able to pick up a prescription inhouse, which was very helpful.
On this occasion was able to park in car park on premises. But parking can be problematic here due to parking restrictions in the surrounding area.

The worst practice ever the receptionist phone call begun at 8:52am and ended at 8:53 with an older woman with a northern accent with a terrible attitude. This is not the first time the receptionist here respond with a disgusting attitude. You are there to help remember your role. I have never had an appointment here in a year almost. Whether I call at 8 on the dot it makes no difference they have no appointments. I have constantly had to go to the emergency department if I need medical help. The issue today was I asked for help after she said we have no appointments I said how May I proceed with getting help in a subject and she vaguely replied. I asked for more detail and she responded back with a disgusting attitude and repeated the same vague answer. The receptionist here are the rudest and it’s not just me complaining about it SORT IT OUT. I’m ill already do you think I want to sit and argue with someone over the phone ? I want to take this further. She refused to give her name but I remembered her voice very clearly.
