Zero stars!!!
Very very slow and always massive queues to get your prescription. Just sitting here now listening and they messed up a child’s medication and gave out the wrong medication. A parent is complaining. They don’t really seem to realise how bad that is! Definitely will be changing pharmacy as this is poor. Been here 45 mins already and no sign of my child’s medication being administered. The place is filling up. (Asked them where my prescription is after 40 mins and they are saying same thing, being checked) Awful. Finally got the prescription and they forgot to give half of it. I had to go back and tell them. What is wrong with these members of staff? Who is managing this pharmacy? Any other business people would be accountable. Apparently this is fine! Wake up manager!

I recently visited the pharmacy for advice, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received. The staff went above and beyond to provide me with assistance. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff had a high level of professionalism. The pharmacist took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations for my queries.

I do not agree with the negative reviews of this pharmacy, they do not do it justice. I came to this chemist last week with a green prescription and the service is absolutely amazing. The members of staff are super polite and efficient and the pharmacist is extremely helpful. Would recommend this chemist to all. I will be getting my prescriptions from here in the future. 10/10

"I had a truly frustrating experience when I called the pharmacy regarding my dad's prescription. Despite repeatedly being asked for information like my dad's date of birth and details about the prescription, the employee failed to efficiently address my concerns. The entire interaction felt rushed, and despite her assurances of a 5-minute wait, she ultimately let the time run out, hanging up on me just before the pharmacy closed at 5:30. This level of unprofessionalism, coupled with a lack of respect for the customer's time, is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this has led to a complete breakdown in trust, and I would rate this experience with zero stars."

We are not on the street; this is Didsbury, and a certain level of professionalism and respect is expected. Went to pick up my prescription and was told the pharmacist was on lunch break at 3pm and that they would be back soon. I waited for a few minutes, asked a different member of staff behind the counter and was told it would be 20 minutes until they were back. Had to leave and come back later in the day. There was a woman waiting next to me waiting for her prescription who arrived before me and she also left empty handed when she found out about the long wait. Overall poor customer service and experience.
