Unprofessional Staff dont know how to Use POS wanted to use my nectar points Got a Simple answer from the Guy behind the Till as "No" although i have points in my account but the Guy named " MOTI "said Cant use it. After i paid the Full amount i Shown him on my reciept that i have Points in balance Rude Staff. I am a regular customer but Not coming this place anymore. Sort your staff ESSO 😡

DISAPPOINTED.CAME this place twice filled here to use the facilities I was told that toilet doesn’t work.I don’t know how toilet work.A SIMPLE LIE TO THE PUBLIC so can’t use when it’s needed really don’t understand how the staff members work there 8 to 10 hours but without this facility SUPER HUMAN could be just wanted to register my concern.
