Always delighted with the service from Collins and the whole team working the morning shift at Bagel Factory Waterloo. They recognise me as a regular customer who, at least once a week always has a salmon and egg breakfast bagel with a regular latte, and will often begin to process this for me whilst I’m queued! The food is always great, and so is the service, which is appreciated.
Good quality Yorkshire tea and a lot cheaper than other outlets on the station. And they cheerfully filled my water bottle.
Expensive for what you get. Generally grumpy and sometimes rude staff when I got abruptly told they were restocking so won't serve in the middle of the day (11.40am??, really!!!). Better places to go, esod rally around Waterloo.
I asked very clearly for VLT - it's vegan
They gave me BLT - with meat and mayonnaise
I would say they need to be more careful.
Furthermore I only realized when on the train so can't get money back now.

There is a huge variety here. All the bagels I've had have been delicious. The service when I went was exceptional! Hot and tasty and fast. What really impressed me is the NHS discount. Thank you bagel factory.
The customer service was absolutely horrible. I asked to change the bagels from plein to seeds, the employer was absolutely rude and he refused to change it. Plus he was unprofessional! When I had my bagles, I found few pieces of blue paper in it with the cream cheese! I am not willing to use this service anymore!
Nice fresh bagel, decent price for being in the middle of London. The salmon seemed to be Fresh and the bagel was really yummy, could’ve done with more cream cheese so I will ask for extra next time. Great for the morning commute and a change from going to pret!
