Absolutely the worst shipping facility to receive down range. They cut my label off my package, had my USPS mark it as delivered. Then when I try to file a claim and or request the rest or the package! It says it was marked DELIVERED!!! You flagged my packed for a partial used bottle of perfume I couldn't fit in my luggage due to exceeding weight!!! But kept the whole box of my clothes!!!!!!!!!

Sent my husband some snacks while deployed but unfortunately they did not make it to him. Instead, we received a letter from CIMSC stating that when the box arrived to them it was empty. This is a complete lie! They are stealing people's packages, especially if it is not insured! If it is not insured, you will not have a claim with USPS and therefore they get away with their thievery! Please be cautious of anything that you send, especially valuables!!!!!

I keep getting packages with the correct adress sent to this location only to have them returned.

I have always had a pleasant experience with USPS. I have only had an issue recently that was resolved within a few days. The staff's always courteous and extremely helpful. Incase no one told you today you are appreciated,keep up the great work and walk with your smile on. Peace and blessings.

My Package is being In/Out this facility over 20 times in a month !!!! What the Heck USPS just ship it !!!!

I made sure the package is express and it should take up to 10 days to arrive and now its over a MONTH !!!!

I’m am usually a super patient individual the fact that I can’t give no stars upsets me, I’ve been waiting for a package that my wife sent out on October 6th, it’s been a month and there’s valuable goods that I’ve needed from the said package. Unfortunately she had to rebuy everything and send it on a separate package that was delivered in less than 8 days. I still want my other package because it has some pricey items on top of what she had to rebuy, I am currently deployed and this processing system is the worst, with little to no f^%**ing updates!

I'n usually really patient, especially with the Covid 19 situation. The health of people is way more important then a package.
I bought something off eBay on April (!) 24th and my package has been stuck in the center for 29 days. USPS is not helping at all since every contact has been either ignored or replied with no specific answer.
I purchased another package on 2nd of May (from the U.S. but not with USPS) and it has arrived yesterday.
There has been no updates on the first package since months and I have little to no hope that it will get to me.
Edit: It's been almost 50 days now and I am not able to get any sort of information on where my package is. What is this place!?
Edit: My package has officially been lost. USPS is no help at all and doesn't even try to help.
