Perfect place for a quite and good dine out. The client manager Anu's❤️ hospitality was really remarkable. Beautiful ambiance at the roof top with good view of the city😍😍. I still wonder why people find it difficult to reach this place when u have a separate easy road just opp to guindy metro station. Food quality is top notch. Would suggest for everyone.

I went for a Candle light dinner for my wedding anniversary & it was awesome from the welcoming till the end of the session, all the food (from the welcome drink to dessert) were amazing & yummy.

Such a pacifying place to spend with your loved ones.Food was unexpectedly good.The staffs were so nice and pleasant.The manager was very welcoming and had been getting feedbacks at the right intervals.

This restaurant located on top of Klase Hotel. It was difficult to locate when we reached the location, we don't know we arrived at right place. There is no name board outside of the restaurant.
Restaurant has good ambience since it is located very near to guindy railway station, it won't be peaceful. You can hear lot of noise from traffic and trains.

It was a great experience having a family dining over the roof top ...great ambience to have a pleasant dinner with friends and family ....pleasant music with fresh air such a great experience dining here ..highly recommended......great service by staff chief Anu .....☺️

The food has been more or less consistent whenever I have visited this place which is a good thing for a restaurant. However one needs to be careful not to overeat or if one does to exercise or take a long walk. One of the best Italian restaurants in the city
Not for those light wallets. But to be expected. Amazing food and a great choice of wines from all over the world. Is the food worth it, depends on individual palates nd tastes. Must visit for an Italian food lovers though. Ambience is not eye popping but very sombre.
Great place to spend time with friends and grab a quick bite. The food we ordered - Veg Panini Sandwich and Maxican Cottage Cheese Wrap - was average but drinks - Salted Caramel Brownie Milkshake and Mocha Brownie Latte - were great. Ambience of the place during night is amazing.

The concept of a live counter has now become a permanent feature. And the chef was taking a slightly apprehensive lady through the intricacies of a 'Kothu paratha' - where a layered paratha undergoes a spicy transition after it has been hacked to bits and mashed up with spices and other vegetables.
We asked for one and it came as a good contrast to the salad options that we first opted for.
As one grows older, the way to enjoy a buffet is not to pile up the plate but choose strategically what one should not miss.
Try the unusual dishes but steer clear of anything that looks overwhelming
In the salad section, apart from the regular olives and dill, there were little pearls of silver onions - tart and strong. The perfect complement to pita bread and hummus and creamed broccoli 🥦

I was told that the chicken curry and the chicken plus fish starters were good - but not for me, the vegetarian.
Ultimately in Chennai, the true test of the buffet is how good the curd rice is - and this one cold and tempered with mustard and urad dal delivered the rousing but restful finale
And before we leave, the dessert. Apart from the pastries one interesting combination was the moong dal halva strudel - baked but Indian at its core

This spot is my favorite go-to; I always enjoy the inviting atmosphere. The café looks stunning during the golden hour, and their coffees and hot chocolate are simply irresistible. It's the perfect hangout spot.

Luxury can be understated or it can be opulent. Ottimo Cucina Italiana has the understated variety that it wears with confidence and élan that comes from a very strong foundation in food, overseen by Chef Zubin Writer, who puts a little bit of his soul into every dish that goes out of his Cucina. He possesses an instinctive genius that no books can teach.
Ottimo’s clarity is in its rather muted decor of beige, cream, marble and wood, allowing the colours from the food to take centre stage, in a brilliant stroke in design.
All design fascination fades into the background with the first look at my plate. Asparagus Panna Cotta. There are two stems. One green and the other white. There’s pine nuts and specks of the very precious Umbrian black truffle that make all the difference in a master dish.

We went to this cafe to have some desserts. Tiramisu and cheesecake were the ones we tried. Honestly I loved the tiramisu and the cheesecake was also sooo goood ♥️💯 They have an amazing lighting and interior. It is a beautiful instagramable spot ✨
This has been our go to place for special ocassions. The service is top notch, as always. They have an impressive wine and whisky list for connoisseurs, all the way to Rs.88000 for a pour (30 ml), obviously I skipped it 😀

The morning buffet was scrumptious! There was a very good spread of Indian, Asian and continental with several items freshly made to order. There aren’t as many live counters as other comparable hotels but wouldn’t call this a smaller spread as in other reviews. You just have to ask for some of the dishes! Loved everything we tried. The staff were very warm and hospitable, and went out of their way to entertain our toddler. Will visit again for sure!
Slightly overrated. The pizzas are good, not great, can skip if you are looking for something exceptional (Tried the burrata for veg, and chicken for non veg). The sauces in both the lamb kidney risotto and the veg half and half ravioli were the stars, hearty and flavourful. Tiramisu was good, and the tuiles were a nice touch. Generally service was good, but food arrived slowly. Expect not to be dissatisfied, but not blown away either, IF you order ala carte
I had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Mercara Express, and it was a delightful experience. The mutton biryani and chicken biryani were outstanding, bursting with flavors. The pleasant ambiance and friendly staff added to the overall charm of the place. I can't wait to return for another delightful meal!

We had to look at pan Asian restaurant (wonder why this is named this without a proper name) because the peshawari was not available. Not too pleases with the food. The dimsum was very average for the price points and inside q ITC property. The soup and spring roll was good but didn't like the dimsums and lotus stem dish. Not suited my palate I guess. The dimsum was a bit soggy due to excess starch. The sobo noodles was perfectly done with some Tufu option which we ordered in the side. I stil feell Yauatcha is far ahead in this race.
Café de Paris truly wowed us with their Chilly Chicken Pizza and Grilled Fish. The flavors were exceptional, and the presentation added to the overall experience. A memorable dining experience that deserves recognition!

Amazing!!!! The food, the ambience, it was perfect. It is one of the best experiences of continental dishes in Chennai. The sea food risotto platter, *chef's kiss*!! Must visit!

The food is great. I ordered cholicken curry with rice and it was awesome. However, be prepared for thee food to be spicy.
Been here a couple of times myself to place an order and the experience has been good. Recently ordered a java frapuccino through Zomato, it was mostly filled with ice that I couldn’t even drink it with a straw. Tasted really bad, if this wasn’t enough - Immediately got a sore throat and I’ve been sick with a viral for almost a week now. Starbucks you need to up your game for the brand and the price you charge. I wish that you give importance to the customers in the shop as well as orders through other delivery agents, please don’t take customers for granted who order through online apps.
One of the classic cafes in chennai and I can't believe this is the first time I visited. Would 10/10 recommend it for the aesthetic and the food. (Get the potato basket, you will not regret it)

While going to Nexus Forum mall we thought of trying something in this shop. We tried Rose milk which costed ₹50 and I would say the taste was ok for its price!

Great home made taste food
Immersed in the elegant ambiance of Café de Paris; a delightful escape from the city bustle. The atmosphere is enchanting, with a perfect blend of sophistication and relaxation. The service was commendable, ensuring a seamless dining experience. However, while the food was decent, it didn't quite match up to the high bar set by the ambience and service. Overall, a charming spot to unwind, though expectations for the culinary offerings might need a slight adjustment.

Great place with old school cafe vibes. You feel like you have travelled back in time. Lovely food and courteous staff. Their breakfast/brunch menu is plentiful and they also have sumptuous options for your sweet cravings.
Ambience is a perfect score. A victorian set up with nice jazz tune in the background. Makes me feel like in Paris for breakfast until I walk I got out of the building 😉. Latte was to a good standard. Unfortunately the waffle was a bit simplistic and the batter was too thick for me. Lacks the crispness in the outside and soft in the inside kind of texture. Necertheless will return and try other offerings in the menu.

We were there for the Sunday brunch and it was such a letdown - every single course of the meal. No nigiri or sashimi, some average quality maki (in comparison Leela's Spectra brunch has tuna, salmon and other nigiris and sashimi).
The dimsums either had skin peeling off or so gooey that they were sticking to the palate.
The appeitisers were unidimensional - batter fried prawns, stir fried lamb and chicken, all on the spicy side
Worst were the main course - two non-veg choices - chicken and basa, batter friend with corn flour and dunked in some sauce - two of the cheapest proteins available in the market with a cooking method that every roadside joint in India uses (coat with corn flour, deep fry, dunk it in a sauce)
The dessert spread didn't have anything Asian about it.
For a restaurant that is supposed to cover some of the most amazing cuisines of the world - Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese (Sichuan, Cantonese, Shanghanese, Hainan etc.), it has to be a combination of cost cutting, lack of imagination and poor skills, to end up with this.

For a restaurant that is supposed to cover some of the most amazing cuisines of the world - Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese (Sichuan, Cantonese, Shanghanese, Hainan etc.), it has to be a combination of cost cutting, lack of imagination and poor skills, to end up with this.
Cafe de Paris raised our expectations with its stunning ambiance, featuring a beautifully crafted glass entrance and a cozy vibe with well-chosen light colors.
However, the food falls short, being both overpriced and lacking in quantity and taste. The average flavor doesn't justify the significant amount spent.
Honestly, I wouldn't consider revisiting unless there's a noticeable improvement in the quality and taste of the food for the price charged.

Way too small of a Starbucks with limited seating. Not rating the food or the overpriced coffee which we're all used to by now. The store has two decks. The upper one is very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The seats are so close you can hear what the next table people are speaking easily! One table directly faces the washroom even. Crowded, and not a peaceful place. Lower deck is kinda better - relatively speaking.
Great place for breakfast. Just drive into Chennai and in looking up for good breakfast options, Chamiers popped up and it did not disappoint. We tried their Omelettes, Spanish Breakfast and Pancakes. The Eco Espresso packs a kick!

Awesome upscale continental breakfast (and brunch, and lunch, and dinner!). Everything on the menu is great, and the atmosphere is 6 stars - everything is well thought out and intentional, from the pictures on the wall to the napkins on the table. Highly recommend if you want a nice, long, luxurious meal.
Very worst experience I paid through gpay 1 coffee veg puff raagi biscuits it's cost around 115rs ...my payment by mistake 230rs have done ...I asked for cash repay ...lady speak rude ...Saturday I had coffee within two day as Monday 1st May 2023 I get my refund through same gpay I wait for refund ....wen I call they told they can't do as repay again they ask me to travel with my child ...I'm having 2 year baby they ask me to get money through cash I'm I idiot to get 115rs cash to get that money again to travel to get money in metro shenoy nagar to forum mall ....cheat people
A really surprising restaurant to find inside ITC grand, offering a tour around the various cuisines of Asia. If you are someone who loves creamy peanuts and coconut flavours, you're in heaven when in Pan Asia for the sheer amount of the flavours of peanut sauce coming through the dishes. If you start consuming your meal even before the first bite, ordering the single serve is highly recommend by the team as plates that serve groups lack room for plating. The softshell crab, the sweet scallop sashimi and the chicken dim sums were filled with flavours. Take your time with the menu when you are in Pan Asia, don't be rushed, slow and steady and have a lovely journey throughout Asia.
Really great Asian dining in chennai. I had Japanese, thai and Chinese dishes. All plated really well and tasted just as good. Surprisingly good sushi, the thai and Chinese adequately spiced and really vibrant flavours overall. Will highly recommend Pan Asian if you in chennai. Price is on the high side, but its really worth it. The venue, the decor, the service as well as the ingredients and the dishes itself are all top drawer. You get what you pay for here, give it a try.

Just amazing 5 star experience with 5star quality food
The restaurant is very cosy and more or less full for dinner time. Menu is elaborate. They serve freshly baked bread platter which is really good.
I had ordered vegetarian pasta and some garlic bread . Pasta was good with rightly cooked and sauce was balanced. Garlic bread is OK.

I’ve never seen this bad of a service in a five star hotel ever . Every single table has leftover plates . I had to ask them to clean 3 times before I could get 1 table to sit . After sitting I’ve been noticing nothing has been cleaned even after 45 min . The managers are simply standing and starting at the sky . I guess managers will not lift a plate in this place . They wait for some cleaner to come who they don’t have . Worst experience . The whole place is smelling of left over food .
Visited the cafe on Deepavali. Was so disappointing. Ordered a chicken sandwich at 2.40. Received it at 3.30. Soup arrived without the bread. Bread arrived half and hour later. Very average food. Will not recommend. Did not live up to our expectations
They offered an expired rose milk. When I enquired about this they said they added extra rose essence and that was the reason why it tasted sour which is not acceptable. They dint even apologize. They shouted like hell when I asked them about this. Service is also worst. They have an award display in the table. I don't know who the hell gave them an award for such cheap quality food.

Yeah, should’ve trusted the reviews more. Visited for light food and beverage. Nice atmosphere tbh, how ever got a shaky table and chairs which kept sliding. Perhaps some carpet would help.

1. Gosh such huge building with no clue where is the entry lobby is. Finally found the entry lobby after rounding the building couple of time. The valet system was bit in a chaos due to rush hour.
2. Entered a restaurant called 'Cafe Meraca' for alacarta. The hospitality sucked. I requested a baby chair which was not entertained (Come on guys you are ITC Hotels!!). A small restaurant in the same place would have immediately addressed. The restaurant was under resourced with stewards running here and there like pigeons.
3. I ordered a baby menu, which when came was not having an item as listed in menu. I had to send back the server and get the pending item in the menu.
4. Food was average - OK, the plates were very hot meaning the stuffs they served I believe were super frozen (who knows may be days or months old) and they sent inside micro wave (Come on guys you are ITC Hotels!!).
5. The staff were zero in hospitality. I mean I have never seen a such a worst 5 - Star dining experience in Chennai apart from ITC, Grand Chola.
Overall the experience was horrible. I would never go back!! Believe this is the unreserved compartment of 5-Star dining,

Had a Great evening yesterday (21/04/021). As I am great lover of Chinese food , visited Pan Asian @ ITC Grand Chola. They have good& wide vareities of Chinese,Japan,Thai & Asian food items in their menu. I ordered Stir - Fried Noodles(Sea food), Teppanyaki Fried Rice ( Japan )& Lotus Stem & Asparagus Dim sum. I loved all items especially Noodles & Fried Rice had a very good taste. Totally loved everything including the Posh Restaurant,Warm welcome 💕, their Ambience, Staff's polite & positive attitude towards their valuable customers etc. I am very happy that I had chosen the Right Restaurant which looks very luxurious & mesmerizing...felt like I am in Foreign for a while. I am giving 5 stars for everything.The only thing is that cooking could be made little faster.
Had a cup of filter coffee and small onion samosa. The evening snacks was awesome. Was refreshing. Not too sugar and the samosa was crispy and nice. Not too crowded with any cigarette smoke that's the most important to have a small time with family.

Good Restaurant. Staff should be fast . They are taking a lot of time for preparing food as well as for billing . Visited the restaurant for Vijayadashami 2021 for Navarathri Thali .
Good but sometimes they forget your order and it is too loud
They have one of the best coffees in town!!! They’re really good for food and beverages. Hospitality is really great. They don’t pressurise you. And help you with your order. They’ve introduced the new order as you go. Where you order on the app and just up while you pass by the store if you’re in a hurry. They’ve got a nice lounge and sitting area along with car parking outside if you just wanna chill and hang for some time.

This beautiful restaurant at the Park Hyatt is one of my favourite places to go, simply because their service and food is so so good. I've never had issues with their food and they are always open to customising it as per your dietary preferences. The lunch buffet is absolute VFM and everything on the buffet is so good. Their a la carte options are good too. Will definitely recommend this place for any occasion.
