Receptionist have full blown conversations with each other as if you’re NOT standing there to check in. RUDE!!! They do not acknowledge your presence at all. The wait to be called back is insanely long. The waiting room is completely FULL during a pandemic. The doctors are nice.
Great xservice.
Horrible experience. Front office is poorly managed, does not file insurance correctly, and engages in fraudulent double billing practices under the assumption that patients won't be able to prove they have already paid for a service.
Have used Dr. Grubbs for years. Very professional an very caring/accommodating. Tricare friendly!
