Comprehensive MedPsych Systems

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been coming to see Dr.B for years. If I had any issues with my medication I had her cell phone number or there was a number that I could call and within 24 hours issues were resolved. She sold to comprehensive med psych recently. Since then it’s been awful. It’s impossible to have issues resolved in a timely manner. I called to have an issue addressed with my medication because I was having an allergic reaction. It is now 3 days later and I have not heard anything back. The phone system there is a joke they don’t even provide extension numbers to the appropriate individual that you need to reach. So you can’t find the correct individual line. I would not refer this place to my friends or family and I will never use them again.
