It is an interesting place to visit. May be it is not exciting, more calm and relaxed, but there are some really well reconstructed buildings including interiors. There are also some possibilities to try the old ways to live: make bricks from clay etc. Staff is friendly and ready to help.

I have been with my wife and 6 y.o. daughter and everybody was happy.

Thank you!
While the Düppel open air museum offers a charming experience, it's true that it may be considered small compared to other parks.
Due to its size, visitors might find that they can explore the entire museum in less than an hour. If you're looking for a more extensive collection or a longer visit, you may want to consider other larger museums or historical sites in the area. However, if you appreciate the quaint atmosphere and the opportunity to immerse yourself in a specific historical period, the Düppel open air museum can still be an enjoyable and informative destination.

A medieval village in Berlin, who could have guessed it? Hreat place for young and old, and the nature all around is just endearing. Must see.

A really nice small village to visit, reminded me of my childhood. Absolutely children friendly, perfect as a family program.

Lovely place to spend a day , we attended a birthday party here and had a fantastic time.
The kids until 18 years enter free of charge and the ticket is nominally priced at €5.
There are activities like treasure hunt, archer, fruit picking and various other handy craft available inside. 4 star because they have to be paid extra :(
But still can recommend the place.

I liked it! Not too big but also not too small. Little restaurant, which offers (starting at 11:30am for hot food) not the most amazing dishes (quality-wise) but really really good coffee! They have a little playground and lots of medieval houses to explore where some staff is reenacting life how it was in former times. Highly recommended with little kids.
