We lived here for 2 years now and it is the BEST place we have lived in the JC/Hoboken area. The management staff in the building are absolutely excellent; they are always here to help - Valentin our key building manager has been wonderful; from hosting fun community events to always helping with any requests!! The maintenance are fantastic- onsite and quick to fix any appliance. The building is always clean and its a really nice community. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love our new home. We couldn’t be happier with everything from the unique building, management and residents. The whole process from start to now has been so communicative with all the support available to make it as easy as possible. Any issues are resolved super quick and all the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Since we moved into the building, the maintenance staff (Manny and his team) has been very helpful and quick to respond in trying to fix all issues.

They continue to serve promptly to all requests and needs. Thank you for making our stay comfortable here!

I really don't know how people live here long term with the elevator situation! For reference, my last apartment building had 25 floors, 2 elevators. Sometimes one elevator broke so it was 1 elevator for 25 floors. Modera has 4 elevators for 8 floors and I wait longer than I ever have at my last building. You click on the button and it literally goes the opposite direction before coming to you. I've talked to tenants and employees alike and it's just accepted, it's miserable. I'm surprised the building doesn't do anything about it considering elevators are probably the most programmable thing about a building and it's causing its tenants such a hard time. I do like living here, truly but the elevator situation is unlike anything I've experienced before.

Lived here for about 1.5 years now and it’s definitely the best living quarters I’ve ever had. Building is always clean and nicely decorated. Residents and staff are nice. Close to Grove Street path, Whole Foods, and has CoolVines attached which is convenient (though pricey). Only a few minor cons which are slow elevators, mandated fees for garbage pickup, and slow package delivery time.

My wife and I have been living there since last August. How do we explain our experience? Simply magic! Could not ask for a better place to live at. Every aspect of the building is well appointed from the apartments to the amenities to the gym. Valet parking is 100% efficient to say. Summers on the chic rooftop is an experience it itself. Every member of the staff are one of the nicest individuals one can meet. They all go above and beyond for the tenants. The old industrial vibe is very inviting . Oh yes, there is Cool Vines downstairs.

Great apartment so far, moved in August. You can immediately tell the difference when you enter. Clean apartment and units have nice high ceilings with a interior brick back wall since the building used to be a furniture factory. Nice amenities as well with great rooftop.
