Customer service not good the person at the front she needs more training I call Monday about the bathroom ceiling coming down still waiting for someone to come

Horrible customer services and Horrible building super. I have complained my bathroom water linkage at least 5 times in last 4 months. Everytime building super comes, take a picture and nothing happened so far. Today they came again and said they will fix it on Monday not today Friday because i have two kids at home its not a priority. Their priority is to fix my next door vaccant apparent for which tenant will come next month.

The receptionists engage in lying and deceptive behavior. I have been calling for an apartment for months to be told different things each time depending on which receptionist picked up. I was told to call back a month later by one and then told to call back the next day by another. Finally this week I was told an apartment would become available. I called everyday this week so I could go in and submit an application. Yesterday I was told no apartments were available. I called twice yesterday. I went in today to find out that there was an apartment available but isn’t available anymore. When I inquired why I was told yesterday that there were no apartments available and why I was told the earliest I would be able to see an apartment if it becomes available is next week, I wasn’t given a clear explanation except that the apartment was already taken. When I asked to speak to a supervisor a security guard of all people came to speak to me. Receptionist ANGIE is incompetent at her job.

Their buildings are the worst poor maintenance. Ceiling leaking molding on the wall.

I have been living here for 5 years and the super family is above me I'm disabled and a senior citizen everyday they make my life an living hell.i have complained to no avail I leave messages on the voicemail no response from Michael partridge realty..I need help trying to find a place it's so hard now I need help

Their rent is reasonable and their apartments are nicely renovated. Leasing system is really nice and professional. They are under rent control, so rent doesn't go up too much. My building super is so nice and response quickly in any situation. Love this company.

I rented a lovely studio apt. for a great price some years ago. So many closets, foyer, full kitchen. Nice wood floors. Thick walls, so I could hardly hear my neighbors. I never had a problem in my building. I miss that studio.
