best tortilla I have EVER ate! tapas with shrimp salad and oxtail quesadilla was also delicious.

Simply awesome food and service. Do go early as it fills up very fast. I went there 1245 (Thursday) and there was a small crowd waiting for it to open at 1300. Service was prompt and friendly (thank you to the young server who help translate English to Spanish). I had the teriyaki eel with Foie gras, it was an amazing match and pure unami (20 euro but worth every single cent). I also had the Olivier salad crayfish tail sandwich, simply sublime (much cheaper but so satisfying). Lastly, I also had the lava cake with coconut ice cream. A very insta moment when you break the lava, but frankly too sweet for me. Overall, a spectacular gastronomy experience. Must try.

This is the best meal I have had in Madrid! Super friendly staff. I can feel that they are proud of their restaurant and serve in the most genuine way. The potato tortilla is incredible. I can’t believe how delicious it is! We also tried soft shell crab, foie gras, sea bass ceviche, they are all excellent! I’m going back to try other dishes they offer!

Imagine the regular Spanish Tapas bar reimagined and elevated. You can still see the tradition but in a format that is more interesting and "chic" than the other bars you will find. You can tell the local people love it because of the line that forms even before opening.
The place is small, crowded, and loud, so be prepared to wait if you don't have a reservation. You can always opt to sit at the bar. Despite all that the food is heavenly good.
The staff is attentive and will try their best to communicate in English if you need to.
To start don't miss the Dulce the Leche Volcano desert and order it first thing WHEN you arrive so they can save you one! It will disappear fast and there's only a limited number.
The food is varied and mostly small plates. The dishes are thoughtfully crafted, everything has very pronounced flavors, and is aggressively seasoned (in a very good way), so not the place if you have the tastebuds of a toddler. The highlight is the Oxtail with potatoes, it's to die for! Also don't forget to try their version of the Spanish tortilla.
This is probably one of the few places where you can get the "tapas" experience, not requiring a sit-down arrangement, and still enjoy a fun bar that put as much effort on the food side of the equation.

This was the most delicious tortilla I had on my whole trip. The volcano dulce de leche cake is also to die for. I highly recommend making a reservation, but if you can't line up about 30 minutes before opening and you should be able to get a seat.

Waited months to get a reservation and it was well worth it! The tortilla is a particular highlight, I recommend waiting in the line outside to sit at the bar for a tortilla and a drink. If you do sit down, the oxtail and truffle raviolis are delicious. The service is quite slow but the food makes up for it.

Absolutely delicious tapas and great service! The tortilla is one of the best in Madrid and we loved the boletus ravioli and artichokes. The wine recommendations were great too.
