Went there June 22, 2024 in the morning. Based on a YouTube recommendation, I came here to have breakfast. Did not disappoint! I love the ham and cheese croissant heated and the $6 Jumbo caramel latte. This is such a great coffee deal!! Pastry is decent. Check it out.

Beautiful market in a beautiful building, with a lot of variety and diversity of food/products,from fruits and flowers to cheeses and meats, Canadian and imported, everything so fresh and appetizing. Food from the cafeteria/bakery was delicious, and I especially recommend the crème Brûlée,(one of the best I ever had)
The service was very nice and attentive. Ample parking lot in the back of the building. A must repeat visit when traveling to Montreal next time.

You can always tell when a neighbourhood is gentrifying by the vegetable prices at the local open market. All the vegetables and the fruits here are pristine and all being sold at prices that most people don't want to pay. But the new people with the money are keeping them in business and that's great. See the pics for prices.

Well I believe in supporting an up-and-coming neighbourhood, I'm only willing to pay so much for the privilege. I shop the Super C where I get what I need at a reasonable price and have money left over to go buy something else. It's not clean or upscale, but the fruits and vegetables are reasonably priced and acceptably edible.
