Worst apartments in NYC dont move there to that to yourself. over priced poor design and cheap materials building and the neighbors are even the worst. Plus this agency never answers they don’t care about you and they will not care about you so don’t waste money on this trash hole

If i could rate this company less than 1 I would! I started renting an apartment from them this summer and have had nothing but troubles! They don’t do anything they said they would do before move in and still haven’t. It take forever to get any maintenance request done and even when you try they send you three different numbers to call and either don’t respond or send you through this big loop hole. Never even spoken to my landlord and no one will tell us who to talk to, they have you spinning in circles.

Would never recommend renting from this company!

This is a terribly managed company. Over the course of six months I must have reached out about things six or seven times and have never received a response.
