One of the GREATEST experiences I've had in years. I am born and raised in NYC and we all know how hard it is to come across a decent and honest broker. I worked directly with Melanie and George and the process was smooth, fast and thorough! The communication was superb as I was always updated every step of the way by Melanie. Tronos Realty was so good to work with and I would highly recommend them! Don't wait, RUN to them.

I am still in awe at how quickly Melani moved for me to get an apartment. I reached out to Tronos Realty and within two weeks I was signing my lease! Melani moved mountains yet made it seem so simple. Not only did she find me an apartment well under my budget, she found a two bedroom for myself and daughter. I didn’t think it was possible! Realtors see clients as a dollar sign but not Melani. She has empathy and listens with intent. She returns your calls and texts QUICKLY! Everyone says they wish they found her sooner and I agree! Melani is truly one in a million and I will forever be grateful for her getting me my big beautiful apartment! Thank you Melani for your professionalism and compassion!

The process of finding my new apartment was quick and smooth. I was given different options based on my budget and was able to obtain the apartment I wanted in a good area. The communication was great throughout the whole process, even after signing the lease. As a first time renter this was all very important to me. I would recommend and reach out to Tronos Realty if I decide to find a new place in the future.

Don’t bother . They are not honest about the area in which a building is located when you ask. They are not honest about the rentals at all . They will place you in the most unsafe loud areas of the Bronx and act like they didn’t know the area was like that. The Broker fee is ridiculous because they don’t even show you the apartment unit themselves the superintendent for the building does that. First day I stayed in my new apartment and I had issues! they work with the management closely and wanted to me to resolve the issue with them and still nothing has been resolved when they said they will speak to the management and get back to me it’s been a month still no update. COMMUNICATION IS POOR. I’ve been miserable since the first day in my unit . Just find another realty company it’s not worth it .STAY CLEAR FROM LANGSAM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN WHICH TRONOS REALTY WORKS WITH SLUMLORDS . ANY LANGSAM PROPERTY OWNED BUILDING STAY FAR AWAY .

Melani from Tronos Realty went above and beyond to help me move into my dream apartment last Fall. I had less than a month to find a new apartment and Melani took all the stress out of the process. She listened to all of my requirements and quickly provided an available apartment ready for viewing that was the exact location, size, and price range I was seeking. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and has an excellent relationship with the Super in my new building and the Leasing agent who I signed my lease with which made me feel incredibly secure and comfortable knowing she has roots in this neighborhood and is respected by fellow community members. I recently reached out to see if she would be able to assist some friends looking to move and she has been incredibly helpful and willing to assist and is always extremely prompt and thoughtful with all of her messages. Truly cannot believe how lucky I am to have been able to work with Melani and Tronos Realty to secure the apartment that I see myself living in for the next decade, hpefully longer! Thank you SO much Melani and all the incredible folks at Tronos Realty! Will continue to recommend anyone I know looking to move to the Bronx!

I contracted Tronos and received assistance from Melani in 09/2023. I believe the company is good at trying to get you an apartment that matches your expressed needs/wants; however, you need to do your due diligence and ensure that whatever property management group or realtor they pair you with is fair, honest, and reliable. Unfortunately, I’ve been in housing court from the start of my lease through to now (02/24) because the landlord that owns the apartment that Tronos Realty connected me with, has failed to make necessary repairs. Would I use Tronos again? Yes, but I would check with HPD to see if the landlord who owns the building has numerous violations, etc.

When HPD came to inspect the violations (a necessary step with housing court) the inspector advised me to from now on check the building address online and see what violations have been reported and when they were reported as well as whether or not they were resolved. Also, Google search the property management company of any building you are interested in and read the reviews because they help you learn a lot about what current tenants experience and this can give you insight on whether or not you’d want to sign a lease with them. Melani was tremendously helpful and was very patient and kind. I’m a first time renter and the experience of finding a realtor to work with me and help me wasn’t the most kindest experience. Melani is surely cut from a different cloth! The realtors I came across before her didn’t care about sincerely helping potential clients, if you didn’t fit their description of a perfect client you can forget about ever getting any assistance. Not Melani, she has humanity while some are lacking. George also was very insightful and was very kind to offer some advice. All in all these are the people who you want to work with when you’re looking for an apartment they will take care of you. Working with them has instilled a newfound confidence. Keep on the great work Tronos Realty in addition to the service this company provides they won’t forget to treat you like a human being. May god continue to bless you guys.
