Transport is easy enough to get on n off there with no problems
Artificial beach on the Elbe river.
Summer would be the best time to be here, but winter wasn’t less charming.
The cafe’s and having gluh wine in the winters are probably the best possible things to do.
Use the famous route 62 ferry from Landungsbrucken to arrive at ovelgonne.

The team that maintains those historic vessels is to be applauded. They are all volunteers with a love of the sea faring history of Hamburg. The City MUST continue to provide the support they need. All vessels in the museum have contributed to what Hamburg is today... I tip my hat to the team and highly recommend a visit. Oh a small donation will go a long way!
Doesn't look like a museum at all. Just some old boats/ships there with descriptions. But it s nice to have a walk along the coast and it s a ferry stop there. Amazing sunset there.
It's beautiful and glad to see the ships propeller and anchor ...nice to see container ship and cruise ship going from there👍
nice old ships well preserved and maintained. worthwile seeing for all marine enthusiasts. Good that there are things like that in Europe
One of aunties of my husband have celebrated her 70th birthday here. She has booked the restaurant only for the family and guests. It was around 20 people. I came with my husband and our two toddlers. It was a special invitation to have brunch here. The menu was a buffet. Taste good. The view is nice. Only the rest room not so clean and doesn't have a nursery room.
