Beautiful view! Nice walking paths! Flowers! Trees! Clean rest rooms! Tables and benches! Lovely! Nice playground for the little ones!
The public beach/park here is quite high but with the weather being so warm lately, obviously quite a few people chose to go to the lake so it was super crowded. But my dog was still able to swim and had a blast!
We come here quite often during the summer. It gets busy, but it's usually not packed. The water is nice for swimming. There's often open picnic tables and shade trees for the sunny days. The kids enjoy the playground. Covered areas can be reserved for functions. There are some light trails, grass fields. A little bit of everything for everyone. Go have fun!
Nice space. Good for on-leash dogs and families. Lots of space for picnics and BBQ 's. Picnic tables and benches closest to the beach are rather gross though. Wish people would remember to not smoke near the playground.
Very suitable for families and picnics, fresh air, and there is a place for fishing lovers.
This is an excellent lake front park. There is ample parking, restroom facilities, pavilions, play gym, beach, and a wooden dock. There are stone/dirt paths that loop around the park. There is a wetland area along the northeast side of the lake. There is a raised wooded ridge on the east side of the lake. Overall worth a visit.
Fun park! Grew up around this area. This park has a lot to offer everybody as long as we all participate in making sure the park stays Safe & Clean for Everyone that has or wants to enjoy 5-Mile Lake Park! Thanks guys!👋☀️✌️
