The place was ok, the staff was very nice. The kids had fun and that's what matters but there were a few things that bothered me. There is a Foosball table to play but no balls, there is an air hockey table, fun right? Nope barely any air. So the things there that the adults could be apart of, kinda working. They seemed to want more money to play the basketball game, why? It's a private room paid for so why do I need to carry around change if I want to shoot some hoops? Just a fee things I noticed while there. Again staff was very nice.
My kids loved this place. We were invited to birthday party here and we really enjoyed it ourselves too. Customer service here was also good overall
I was not happy over the rule of no adults being allowed to participate. The games cost extra and the payment methods are difficult to understand which led me to spending so much more money than I wanted too. But my Bug loved playing the games.
Recently had a party here and my 5yr old and his friends had a blast. Definitely recommend. The staff was awesome and very friendly. It felt like they went above and beyond. They have carts and big bins for moving party supplies and gifts to/from your vehicle. The pizza they offer turned out really good. This place is very convenient.
had a birthday party here, the staff was rude. one team member would say we can do something and another would say no.
when we called and talked over the phone the plan and timing of things was going to go was very different then what was put on the invoice AFTER paying . and that’s where our biggest problem was cause who we talked to and made the plan with and the invoice didn’t MATCH AT ALL BUT WE ALREADY PAID AND THEY SAID NO REFUNDS
seemed like the manger was only counting how many people was in my party, cause as we knew 45 people max and we had less then that. it was like our party was watched . and that made my family very uncomfortable.
when my auntie went to go talk to the manger about talking to a higher up on how things was planned out and how our experience was over all , she told us that the person she talked to didn’t care and was very rude.
seems like that staff was only watching my party. no one else’s
after paying cause they asked for a deposit, we had brought our own food like they said we could but didn’t have anywhere to put it and put in a staff room where people was going in and out of , and to my and my family , who knows what they could had done to our food. and germs that are in there .

We had my son's birthday party here last weekend. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful. The private rooms and space is honestly an A+. This facility is one of the better venues for hosting a childs birthday party in town. Kudos to the manager on staff 08/06 (10AM) honestly she was the most helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure a positive party experience.
Loved our experience here. Booked my daughters 6th birthday party and just had it yesterday.
We were able to invite her entire kindergarten class. In total we had about 18 kids and 10 adults. They have a capacity limit of 45 so we had room to spare even with a huge portion of the class RSVP'ing and my daughter inviting a few other friends and family. It's cool too, because not only is there plenty of parking at this facility, but there's a main "public" bounce house/ game area too, if you run out of room and parents wish to stay and bring siblings. Or if they'd rather drop off, this is conveniently located right across from the Outlet Collection mall in Auburn.
The private bounce house room was awesome and had tons of activities and games. I was worried that the 1 hour and 15 mins they allowed us in the bouncer room wouldn't feel like enough time but it was actually perfect.
By the time it was time to move to the party room for our last 45 mins for pizza and cake, all the kids were ready! I went into the party room about 15 mins early to decorate and our party attendant came to help me. She was amazing! She blew up balloons, found me some candles (I'd forgotten to bring some) and really helped me decorate that room in record time. I brought some juice boxes and waters that I kept cold in a cooler until it was time for the party, and I was able to use a large black wheel cart to haul all of our party supplies in from the car. They also have a huge rolling gift bin to hold your child's gifts/ carry them out to the car.
We ordered pizza at the front desk right when we arrived to check in for the party and by the time we got to the party room it was hot and ready.
Very reasonably priced too! About $11 for a large that can be cut into 10 or 16 slices. The pizza was also surprisingly pretty darn good. Beat the heck out of Chuck E Cheese pizza, for sure!
My daughter loved sharing her special day with all of her friends and I'm so glad we chose this place to do it! Best birthday party experience we've had so far!
