City Parking

my backpack was open! There as nothing valuable but they didn’t even close it but I had a phone on passenger compartment ! It’s stolen! Never ever leave anything in your car! Unfortunately , someone who works there is a thief! I learned a good lesson

This place over charge me claim that it was 15 dollars extra

Complete scam operation, charged me nearly 4x the agreed upon price, and when I asked them to explain why they sited random fees that STILL did not add up the amount they were trying to charge. On top of that, they dented my car and cursed at me when I brought it to his attention. Total psychos.

Dented and scraped clear coat off the drivers side door badly. They must’ve nailed it on something, right next to handle! Refused to accept responsibility/fix the door because I couldn’t prove it wasn’t there before. Take photos of your car before you valet with them!

Parked here because it was a stressful Saturday night and just needed somewhere close to our room. Had a sign that said weekend special $29 up to 12 hours. We parked around 9pm, were out by a little over 9am, just over by 20 minutes. I figure there’d be a little bit more charge since it was over the 12, but not much. Jacked the price up to $58 plus tax because of “overnight” parking. Asked the dude and he said the special only applies for daytime? Also it’s super crowded and only one way in and out so you’ve gotta be super careful to not hit anybody. I know it’s the city but c’mon man that’s ridiculous. I checked the sign again and didn’t see anything about overnight. I see why this place has bad reviews.

it took more than 30mins to take out our car from the parking lot. i’m not kidding. it was obvious that they over parked with so many cars and never thought i had to wait that long to get my car back. i totally don’t recommend to park here.
