I put a application in had a interview pass all requirements all to be told that they took the job back because they have no department to place me smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ cold world cold people 😢

It’s been 2 years since I have been at this so called hospital. I feel I should post my reviews about this horrible place since I am now getting sued for non payment. Big mistake! I was sent there right after I lost my husband and I said “it doesn’t matter if lightning stuck me”. Northoaks strapped me down and brought me to a place that was Hell. I was there coloring pictures and watching the pills that were given out. Fights broke out over colors! I was never given any because I didn’t need them. I requested migraine meds and they did not give them to me. The coroner told me that it was a mistake that I was brought there. Ya think?!? So, I am counter suing. This place should be shut down!

When I was there, they allowed one patient r*pe another patient and when told about it, the staff was playing on their phone not caring about the situation. The staffs name was Joe. They were overdosing patients to the point where they couldn't speak, only cry. Whoever was administering the drugs was high the whole time she was on shift and we would watch disappear into a closet and come out later even more under the influence than before. They would not provide water unless we begged and allowed other patients to watch people shower. They only recently informed me of the billing and whatever bitter lady just answered the phone at 6:55 didn't help in anyway. Billing is 1,200$ a day and they don't release you if it was suppose to be a 72 hour hold.

Stay far away from this place. Some of the employees are decent human beings, but this place is dangerous. Much of the staff is malicious and resent having to stop scrolling on their phone.
Medications can be withheld to torture patients, (like migraine meds). The staff commonly bullies and hands out medications based on their own whims. Like knocking patients out so staff can eat patient food.
Their is zero accountability and lots of unethical behavior and cruelty to go around in this place.
Staff will falsify facts in your chart to punish you and make you stay longer. Currently looking for a malpractice attorney.
This place should be investigated and shut down.

-0 stars. This place should be shut down ! I’m begging someone to do audits on the video tapes . Staff curses patients and will get them so upset so they can laugh . The staff knows they are being videoed and they will tell you they don’t care . I was extremely sick whilst there . In the middle of the night I was violently ill and you could hear them laughing about it . Not once did they come check . I ended up throwing a blanket around me and asking if they could call an ambulance . When I walked off they started singing “im sorry Ms. Jackson” then was making me fun of me draping the sheet over myself . I became extremely I’ll in the dining room and asked to be let in my room (most techs would let you go ) one tech told me “no, you can throw up in this trash can” then announced. “Everyone , don’t look she is about to throw up” . I pray the right person reads this and shuts them down . Sounds crazy . Watch the tapes ! Please watch the tapes there!

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I had a family member stay there and it was life changing for her to say the least. GREAT NURSES, CLEAN ROOMS, GREAT FOOD, staff genuinely cares about the patients, this place is WELL RAN! Thank you guys for helping out my family member so much!!! Kudos to everyone who works so hard to provide the top notch care for the patients!!

Some of the staff was absolutely amazing and others…well you can tell they only care about their check. The food is extremely over salted (the entire group agreed). Honestly for a place that’s suppose to help you with depression and bad thoughts, its kind of like a prison. Always being told to be in your room when it’s recommended for you to not isolate yourself if you’re depressed is kind of a downer. The day rooms needs a working remote. And dear Jesus the door slamming at night -_- its quieter during the day. BUT to the amazing nurses that cared enough to brighten our day by doing little things. Tasha, kirria, and forgive my pregnancy brain but the always sweet one with the short curly hair with white ends. Yall are making places like this better one day at a time :) ask for a raise!!
