I had a very good experience in finding an apartment to rent with the help of Talia Squarer at ICM Properties. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She was on top of everything from setting up a showing in a very timely manner, to easily outlining the steps needed for me to apply and get approved. Talia helped make the process as efficient and headache-free as possible. Not much more you could ask for.

Apartment hunting is hard and working with ICM properties makes it so much easier. If you’re stressed or in need of a good agent I had help from Jackson Shoemaker, who took me on tours multiple days in a row to make sure I found the right fit. He was extremely flexible, responsive, transparent, and professional.

I am excited to live under ICM property management now that I’ve had help finding my new home. Thanks Jackson!

If you're looking for an apartment in the Chicagoland area, I highly recommend working with Madison Hebner from ICM properties. She is extremely professional, supportive, and prompt. We are so grateful to her and all her help in finding our new place! We'd been struggling at the start but once we connected with Madison, we found a perfect fit and signed the lease within days. She's absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her!

If you are new to the city or just looking to move, I highly recommend working with Matt Geisel of ICM Properties. I gave him my budget, wishlists and desired neighborhoods and he sent back plenty of options so quickly. He was very communicative and set up same-day tours, and when I found the apartment I loved he worked quickly to ensure my application was processed and helped to ensure I would be approved. It was the least stressful apartment search ever! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a real estate agent in Chicago for rentals I recommend Adriana Poprych from ICM properties. She was so helpful in helping us find a great apartment for my friend moving from NYC. She was on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly a great communicator. We found most of the real estate agents in Chicago dealing with rentals would either be short with us or ghost us completely. Not Adriana. She is a ray of sunshine and treats you like she is your number one client.

ICM took zero care to prepare my apartment when I moved in. It was absolutely disgusting!

The floors were covered in dirt and paint, the paint fumes were insane (and some of the paint was still wet), random garbage left in the apartment, the bathroom was not clean and the tub was a disgrace. The windows were all painted shut and there were tons of holes in the wall. I was mortified that I had to now live in this dump!

I had to pay professional cleaners to make it liveable. I had to delay moving in because ICM is lazy and careless!!!

Also, Whoever did my intake was incredibly rude and disrespectful and was being very unprofessional.

Also asking for 3 times the rent is insane! Not one rental company asks for that as much as you want to gaslight your tentants into believing!

Now I have had something stolen from the laundry room and have done nothing about it

Do not rent from ICM. They take zero accountability!

Hunter gave one of the main reasons I looked towards to choose ICM over other apartment options I was exploring.

He was very transparent and communicative throughout the entire leasing process from tours to move-in. Even with multiple last minute changes on my end due to work travel he was able to accommodate and ensure I had a positive experience.
