I had some urgent case while rushing in the branch. Denny Liu was the first one saw us and asked what to help. He is very patient, polite, smart and multilingual! Finally he found out solutions for us and told us pros and cons on each option, we are so grateful as it super helpful especially in urgent case especially we were stuck 1)online service transferred us for almost an hour still nothing come out and 2) Washington Height branch private client banker did not pick up phone for 3 days. I highly recommend Denny Liu!

Horrible bank and horrible tellers. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When we needed help with a certain issue they actually gave us a fake phone number to call. There are plenty of other banks out there. Avoid chase and certainly avoid this branch.
