This is the best Bank of America branch I every visited. They are so kind and so so helpful. All managers and employees are amazing and provide real customer service! Totally amazing!

I attempted to open an account online and was advised to go to a branch for assistance. This was the 3rd one I went to and was made to feel like a criminal. I was told that the bank has every right to refuse opening an account and it could be my spending habits that caused BofA to refuse. Now the problem is that nobody was able to tell me WHY! I was asking for a why so I can fix the issue but due to corporate policy they can not tell me. It is sad that I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to get the attention of BofAs Regulatory Complaint Department. They were able to see what was causing the issue and resolve it for me. Why do I have to complain to a higher authority to find out what the problem is when you are right there? With the way jobs can be sent anywhere I would think that people would do everything in their power to show they are an asset rather than just another salary to pay. Don't be like the employees at this branch.

I met with Paul which was super professional and helpful. I have had bad experiences in other BoA branches where the service was really poor, so I was definitely lucky to have Paul helping me open an account.

I almost never leave google reviews, let alone for a Bank of america branch. AVOID THIS BOFA ON 150 BROADWAY AT ALL COSTS. The ATM here took my credit card cash payment and printed out an error message and the payment never registered on my credit card. I called BofA corporate to file a claim and they told me it will take 1 to 2 MONTHS for them to physically DIG through the ATM and find my bills that the machine took. Absolutely ridiculous and the most inefficient process I have EVER heard of. Good luck also trying to get this bank location to pick up your calls. Absolutely never again, so disappointed in bank of america.

Caroline, the bank teller is one of the nicest people in the world. Normally I would never write about a bank teller but the service is so good that I thought she deserved a compliment.
