Terrible customer service when there is issue with credit card charge. Worst company that I have ever had business with.
It was the most dreadful encounter I've ever had, causing significant harm to individuals' finances, with customer support being utterly ineffective, and repeatedly conducting consecutive hard credit checks for the same inquiry.
DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! Avoid!! Thieves, liars and fraudsters. They will lock your account for no reason and leave you penniless.

Incompetent thieves. They issue way more shares than they are allowed to on their volatility etn. When the S.E.C. found out and it was announced they couldn’t issue more caused a short squeeze and cost everyone that was holding shares short.

Have always had great experiences with Barclays until tonight. Called to activate a replacement card that they claimed they had no record of, claimed they didn’t have our correct address despite the fact that they mailed me a replacement card….put on hold for over an hour, asked for a manager and their representatives hung up on me… twice….very disappointing. Not sure if my replacement card is coming or not🤔
No other educational program is as comprehensive and prepares you better for a fulfilling career in technical analysis then that of the Market Technicians Association. Original founder, Ralph Acampura and current leader Tyler Wood are two the warmest most compassionate intellects in the field and I am forever grateful for having encountered them and this organization.
I have been on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes now waiting for a Manager. Paid my card off in full and two days later I was charged interest on a zero balance. I called and spoke with a customer service representative and a Supervisor who were unable to assist me and then asked for a Manager. Still waiting on hold. My question is why does it take that long for a Customer Service Manager to pick up a call from a customer who is concerned about charges. I suppose they put me on hold hoping I would just hang up but I will continue to hold and then contact the corporate office to let them know how absolutely awful their "customer service" is.
They must have so many customers calling to complain that they can't keep up! That speaks volumes!
First they advertise a really low rate for a loan but give me 16%. I took the loan because I needed it. Then I got a lower interest rate and paid almost $22,000. I had to pay with a mailed check because of government rules. Six other creditors got their checks and credited my accounts just fine, NOT Barclays. Their check cleared my bank at the end of December. Here it is the end of January and they haven't acknowledged the check or credited the account. Meanwhile they did an auto withdrawal, which over paid the account by $400. I did cancel future payments but they have my money. Even though my bank gave me a copy the check (with their stamp on the back) that went through and I sent it to Barclays, they still are not able to credit my account. It's in Investigations for up to 60 days! Such incompetence!
Pretty good feeling be over there with family and friends
This place is a good choice to choose from when it comes to visiting or sighting with someone or by yourself. I like the way that doing what I arrived for as well as being served didn't request too much to enjoy. If your looking for something that fits in these parameters then this is a good place to go. You couldn't miss a plan being here the picture tells you everything. Really cool and fun place to visit. I loved it
