I bought coffee and it tasted like the worst coffee I've ever had.

Terrible customer service they the girl in black glass at customer service doesn't know what is customer service if we add anything after total being made they show frustration rolling eyes omg will never go to this place if you have camera check around 8:40 am today one customer returned from the service area

This place deserves recognition for its customer service and the overall positive experience I had there today! The staff were super friendly, made me feel respected as a paying customer and the coffee was 👌🏽👌🏽! I saw how the staff interacted with other customers and it was such a positive vibe…. I can understand why all the tables were full with happy customers. Will be back here again when I visit the plaza!

Ordered a flat white and a croissant to eat in. The croissant was dry and stale, the coffee I was given was a cappuccino and was so bitter it was undrinkable - my food was served in a paper bag and take away cup despite other patrons being served crockery. Only gave one star because there wasn’t an option for 0 stars

I went there after a bit of shopping to have some coffee and some brunch, I liked the service and the staff were also very friendly. The food was really nice. I would love to go back again. And I would recommend everyone to visit at least once.
