Gong Cha Bankstown Plaza

The managers attitude is very rude, always yapping with customer. I had a very suck experience in GONG CHA BANKSTOWN

I recently just found a job in Bankstown so before I start work I go and get something to eat before then and just 2 days ago I went here and I always loved the taro flavoured tea and it tastes great just as any other gong cha shops. Will be back again :)

The location is close to Bankstown station. Lemon roasted melon tea with basil seeds is recommended. Very quick service at about 8 p.m

Disgusting behaviour from the two girls working at 4:30pm today- bought a drink but the girls were extremely rude when talking to customers - didnt greet customers and didnt answer my questions nicely - especially the girl with tied hair and wearing glasses. Owner should provide proper training to the staff - will never come back to this Gong Cha store again. Very poor experience today.

Extremely rude and impolite customer service. They have very bad accent. I asked about something and they answered but I couldn't hear it. So I asked again and this lady literally shouted at me. And she did it twice. Never going there again. They should first learn proper communication skills and then run a business.

the staff there was very unprofessional, so rude, their service is the worst i have been experienced. i have been there last Sat at lunch time and one girl staff took my order was so rude make me dont want to come back again.

A good friend of mine works here he has been really helpful with recommendations I also appreciate the top 10 list the store provides, the grapeseed basil is my favourite of the 10 but I also like to get lemon with extra lemon, but I even enjoy the more bitter drinks like the matcha tea as well as the milk teas, it's all round quality.
