Chatime Marrickville

Took forever and the attendant/manager boy just left the shop without giving the drinks to my girls we kept asking and other attendant had no idea where he left the drinks and only them after insisting she found them around. Very unprofessional person just kept looking his phone.

Extremely understaffed. Took forever to get my milk tea. They have only 1 staff taking orders and making orders. I think I waited for 20mins for a cup of tea. The staff also didn’t know how to use the register to process a cup of milk tea with lychee jelly. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Can the owner please hire more staff?????? And also more experienced staff. Staff are always looking at their phones.
Also my “hot” premium milk tea was a best room temperature - I saw the girl pour it out from a kettle after she waited 30secs.
Sorry - please avoid this place. It is run by 5 year olds.

The drink was nice. It could have been made faster though since we were the only order at the time. Staff spent more time chatting than making drinks.

This chatime and its workers serves the best tea!! They were the one suggesting me a flavour and it turned out the best! So happy with their service! 🫶🏻 10/10 for everything♥️

I find the quality of Chatime Marrickville to be inconsistent. Sometimes I can taste the tea flavor and the pearls' texture is just right, while other times it tastes like sugary water with hard pearls.

When going to buy the drink, the worker gave me a very bad attitude with her slamming my drink onto the table white glaring at me (although she might have gone through some stuff before work it shouldn't be effecting her service to others), later on while I was waiting for the workers to make my drinks, I noticed one of them shove their hands into the drink that was made to get something out then put it in the machine to close it off which was very much unhygienic and disgusting as they have most likely touched other things and not wash their hands thoroughly. Horrible sanitation and attitude

Amazing and friendly service. Doesn't matter who's working, the staff always serve with a smile and make sure my order is correct. Very attentive and dedicated. This Chatime did a great job in hiring and training staff
