Today on 4/1/24 at around 5pm, I ordered 3 drinks altogether and the guy taking my order make a mistake with one of my orders but trusting the guy, I didn't ask for a receipt. When I came back, he refused to refund my money or swap my drink!
TERRIBLE SERVICE from 18/07.
The girl took all the orders of the queue before making any which meant that the first person had to wait so long.
Not only that, ordered 6 drinks and 3/6 were made wrong.

I came here to grab a drink with a friend last Wednesday and our drinks were so awful that I can't help but remember the taste in my mouth when I think about my order and now I feel the need to write my first-ever review.
I had just arrived to the shopping centre and went directly to Gong Cha because I felt like a drink. I contemplated ordering from Coco or Sharetea but since I had a free drink voucher, I decided to go to Gong Cha instead.
I went for my go-to drink: an Oolong Milk tea with no sugar and white pearls. I know exactly how it tastes because I have it all the time (also the day before, elsewhere) and it always HITS. But on that day, boy, it was just sad.
I just found out now that the store closes at 7 pm as I am typing this review. Had I been aware at the time that the store was closing, I would have ordered elsewhere, with no issue.
But there were no signs of staff packing up. Instead, the worker was just standing at the counter and watching us as if they wanted to take our order.
I've worked at Gong Cha before and know that you can't mess up a drink that bad. I am aware that at the end of the day, there would be no more tea which I completely understand and I am assuming that this is the case because how was my drink so watery? When I first got my drink, I noticed that it was a lot lighter in colour but walked away and drank it anyway.
For a second, I thought I had lost my taste buds, but after offering it to my friend and drinking theirs, we realised our drinks were so watered down. To top it off, it straight up tasted like tap water. It was disappointing.
I hope that in the future, the staff will inform customers that they are closing soon. However, if they are willing to take orders, at least let the customers know if you run out of tea, rather than compensating it with water/ice. I can't believe I lost a free drink to this.
I am giving two stars for the service because the staff was polite but they could've been more honest about the store closing. I did not feel the need to confront the worker about it because it was a long day for me and probably for the worker too, and I was already busy and needed to get other things done. I hope that you can take this complaint and work on something to ensure this doesn't happen again with future customers.
By the way, all the straws were broken/ had an indent at the bottom so none of the pearls could be sucked up. I hope you also do something regarding this matter!

One of the workers there was extremely polite and cheerful during her working hours. Which made my friend and i's day. Would definetly be going again
Ordered an early gray with 3 toppings including pudding, grass jelly and pearls. Unfortunately they had run out of pearls since I ordered close to their closing time which is fine. I was happy to choose another drink to order but the staff was nice enough to offer swapping it for white pearls instead, which was nice of her. I would consider buying bubble tea here again. My large drink cost $8. They accept card payment and cash.
