Always friendly, great range and great service - my go to bakery 👍

Honestly the worst service I’ve had in Adelaide this year. Short changed me $5 and then argued about it. Didn’t bother to allocate my rewards points or give me a receipt. Wrote a complaint then they required a receipt so wouldn’t give me my rewards points. Will go out of my way not to shop here. They’re a joke.

The the young Las that was working there gave me wrong bread for Me Mum, not her fault especially I didn't know much about the rolls apparently Lebanese ones I was supposed to get and came back and apparently with Continental roll that didn't really have a continental feel about anyway, so lol take care on the roads and footpaths as to many nuts have drivers licences or can't see or they need their God damn eyes tested and that ends my monthly Rant for June...

Probably THE best BD store in SA.
All the staff are always smiling and welcoming,
Their range of product is vast and always fresh and tasty.

Extremely disappointed. So horrible to see everything at the end of the day being thrown away. Whole trolleys of bread taken to the bin when there are people out there less fortunate. Won’t buy from here again because of this. Really disappointed in a big brand like you.

Never ever shop there again the service is pathetic I always get pushed in line shame on you bakers delight norwood.

Apple and walnut loaf must have been days old. Bread was incredibly dry and icing so dry it cracked and fell off. There was a fly in the cabinet too.
