Nice customer services, Zara Fatima and Nimra.

Went into store to order milk chocolate cookie dough with plain ice cream. Went home to find hazelnut spread on the cookie dough. Promptly rang to inform the staff. Firstly, got hung up on and then after multiple attempts of calling back. Finally picked up and told they were unable to deliver or replace the dessert as there were too busy with other orders. Irrespective of living approx 10 mins away. In anddition, informed the staff that my sister had a nut allergy and still was given cookie dough with nuts. Not just poor service but also dangerous.

This is an amazing place to have dessert. The manager always has a smile on her face. Fantastic service. Food was on point and Atmosphere killed it. 😍

They are the best good prices and can't believe just £1 for delivery and i make mistake in order they give me free shakes😍😍😍

Bought the cookie dough lotus biscoff, absolutely amazing 😍 it was sweet but very soft and chewy 😋 will definitely order again soon

The presentation of the place is very nice and new. A lot of effort has been put into it. But the quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. The Kinder Cookie Dough was missing the white chocolate buenos and the Belgian white chocolate sauce, so at least the two major parts of the ingredients of what we ordered.

Apparently they're open 11am to 11pm, seven days a week. I fail to see how a place focusing on desserts can have such long opening's hours, and until such a late time as well. I don't know, perhaot this is a place for laundering money, because with the output of food quality, or lack thereof, I doubt they'll stay in business.
