Golden Ticket Cinemas Hastings 3

Started out OK, but is quickly declining in quality. The theater and seats are filthy with random drink cup holders missing, The concessions are inconsistent and the drinks sometimes don't even have lids that fit the cup available. Trash is overflowing and the bathrooms are gross. The staff is sometimes friendly, depends which teenager you get. It's a shame that this isn't being maintained.

Really good theater, concession stand employees were really nice and encouraged people come to their register and have constant flow of customers. The theater itself was comfortable and clean, and the movie selection was very up-to-date with upcoming movies. If I could rate it a 6/5 I would.

The seats are quite the upgrade for our area. My popcorn wanted overly crunchy even though it was only 7pm and I didn't get extra butter, but I got an awesome Deadpool Wolverine glass.

Great concept, but poorly executed. Comfortable Reclining seats that are large with ample room. Now the bad: no ice or carbonation for their fountain pop machines. The seating was not clean from the last showing. Garbage cans overflowing outside the theater. Expensive bad experience. Won't be going back.

This theater looks fantastic! I'm thinking it's well worth one of our reviews AND wondering if a semi truck is allowed around that theater for well needed break & a movie...?🤔

Went and seen The Fall Guy and it was amazing. Good service at the concessions and had the whole theatre to ourselves. Very quiet.

Really nice new theater. Really enjoyed the comfy seats and the price for popcorn and a water were decent but still movie theater prices. I would love to go back but I probably will not. They have stickers at the door and I do not agree with the policy, and so I won't be returning.
