The Lakes Inn

I was in town with a friend to ride UTV's in the area. The check in process was so easy and fast. We rented the Suite because it has 2 separate rooms as well as a living room and kitchen. We were very impressed with how large and clean the space was. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and we really enjoyed our stay. Also, there are two bar / restaurants within easy walking distance, which is very convenient. I hope to come back again soon.

The Lakes Inn is very nice, the room we had was clean and well kept. The property as whole is well maintained. We visited the Lake shore and fire pit area and my wife and I agreed that the property was lovely with nice features. We would not hesitate to return or recommend.

My friends and I came here for a quick little getaway, and it was such a great time. We spent time in the lake, in the canoes, and even took a ride on the UTVs offered by Lake2Sand Rentals right behind the inn. If you are looking for a cute, quiet place on your next golf trip or just to come have fun and hang out, I would definitely recommend The Lakes Inn. The rooms are kept very clean, and the service is great.

I had the best experience staying at The Lakes Inn! All of the staff members were super nice and helpful, and the rooms were super clean! A super great environment here with fire pits near the lake!! I will definitely be back :)

This is our 5th stay at Lakes Inn. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and provides all that we needed. It’s located on Lake Sherwood and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. We rented UTVs, that are right on property, for a guided tour and had an absolute blast. Highly recommend. Ian was awesome and very familiar with the area. This family owned business is well run and responds quickly to any want/needs of their guests. We will be returning soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay at The Lakes Inn. The grassy area is a delightful place to hang out in the evening. There was no hair dryer in the room, but a quick question to Paul, and it was provided immediately. Dining was convenient as well with breakfast at Cal’s Corner immediately across the street available on weekends and burgers and pizza at Lake Sherwood Lodge a 2 minute walk away.

We loved our stay here in the suite. Modern, updated, great layout. The staff was very accommodating for our late arrival. We weren't there for the lake, as we were golfing at Sand Valley, but it looked beautiful and we were very jealous of the ATVs and kayaks available for rental activities. If we stayed longer, we definitely would've used the grill/smoker and fire pit setup near the lake.

Location: 10 min away from Sand Valley...2 min away from Arrowhead Golf Course. Restaurant/bar next door.
