Delecious roti canai here, as well as the toast, good price and locals adresse.
We unfortunately arrived l'atelier so they have already stopped making roti canai but we got to eat it warm still and it was good, come before noon.

Craving for Toast for breakfast ? Let's head to Hutton Lane. Located by the road side, always packed with patrons, but don't worry, you don't need to wait to long, just around 15-20 mins. It's a self-service, but the system is very systematic. Fast service

A wide variety of toast from sweet to saovoury (curry).
Toast is baked perfectly. So crunchy and tasty.

We ordered : Roti Bakar Kaya, Roti Bakar Chicken curry; the curry is flavourful, and Roti Balut Telur.

They also sell nasi lemak.

An average Malaysian Street breakfast in Penang.

We ordered Kaya toast and roti canai with eggs cheese and curry on the side. They are fine nothing special but not bad at all.

If u live close to it then you might wanna have a go but I personally don’t recommend the drink coz they are very very sweet🥲

Breakfast for champion with a table full of flavorful, freshly made roti canai.
We went wild ordering when we were waiting for a table in the early morning.

The roti canai was nice and crispy, wash down with some good old kopi. The curry was rich but light at the same time, which makes it so much easier to finish up the rest of the dishes.

This place is packed in the morning so do get your seats early, no frills place with good food and good vibes, to give you a great start to the day.

Went at 8am today for Bfast. Drizzling and not much crowd.
Ordered one kosong and one telur.
And roti bakar with butter/kaya. Teh Tarik. Total 8Rm only. Very reasonable price . But roti is cold and soft . The prata also so so. Left behind 50% of what I ordered which I don’t normally do. Overall overrated and it’s my first and last visit.

i loved the roti bakar so much! even the roti canai is good! So simple yet so delicious. Only down side is the dining environment, shaky and dirty tables, lots of pigeon around.

but still worth it!

Open-air place for local breakfast, price is reasonable, only one price for both locals and tourists, total bill for 4 pax (including iced drinks) is approx MYR 37-38, highly recommended. The nasi lemak tasted the same as the Sri Weld food court nasi lemak (except for the chilli). Payment for the food consumption is based on trust system, please do not abuse it. To avoid disappointment, please check out if there is any public holiday first (was closed on Haji and the following day) as it is operated by Indian Muslim.
