The specialist's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. There was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the establishment, suggesting that she may have been smoking inside. She was also quite rude to the customers, demanding a minimum tip of $5 and becoming defensive when questioned about it, stating that she was not being paid well. I will not go to the place anymore.

Worst Great Clips I’ve ever been to. The haircut lady wouldn’t listen to what I was saying with my son’s haircut. She did what she wanted. So frustrating. Also, she was very rough with my son. He’s 3. She was not gentle or easy with him at all. A completely bad experience.

I got my hair cut by Laura and it is the worst haircut I ever had. She didn’t even cut the hair on the left side of my head. She was done cutting my hair in less than 5 minutes. She coughed on me twice without covering her mouth or turning her head. She told me that she was sick. How about wearing a mask ? She argued with me that my hair was cut and finished. Do you shelf a favor and cut your own hair before going to this butcher shop. 3 days after the she gave me the haircut I tested positive for Covid. How can you allow your employee to come to work sick and not at least wear a mask. Is the of this business going reimburse me for lost wages since I have been out of work for a week.

Walked in this morning on 10-22-2023 at 10:19 AM. Place was all empty, the racist female person working there acted like she couldn't hear me . So I walked out and went to Spirts Clips. Can't believe people like her have a job dealing with other people. Fix up your act Great ips.

Worst haircut I've ever had. I told her to leave my hair 6" in the back and the first thing she does is cut it off right at the scalp. I've been growing my hair out for a year and a half. She managed to ruin it in less than 60 seconds. The fact that I can't leave zero stars infuriates me.

This is the worst great clips I’ve been to. The stylist refused to cut my hair according to my preferences and wanted to take off an inch. My hair had grown to full length and I did not want to come back, so, I asked her to do a 2 on top and scissors on the sides and instead, she decided to do 2 all around. Never coming back here. Also, she was rude when a phone call came in asking whether they do beard shaves. She did not want to be there and her attitude showed.

By far the worst hair cut I have ever had. I’ve been going to great clips for year and I will never be back. This is ridiculous and that old “stylist” should be retired.This is how I walked out the store.
