I've been going to the Butcher Club for years now
I've gotten to know Mark and Gill.
Every so often, I'll get Mark to cut me a couple of really thick scotch fillets. Always quality steak, they're beautiful
Mark gave me a marbled sirloin to try.
I've eaten wagyu at over $120 per steak, but this marbled sirloin was literally the BEST steak I've ever eaten.
Gave them the review and then bought myself another. Was just over $14, but worth every cent
Do yourself a favour and go and say G'day and get some.
Also, their Sausages are amazing. I've had every flavour, and there all good. Everything is fresh, the pre-made food is always consistently good and the meat rubs they make and sell are fantastic
Go once, they'll be your new butcher. Guaranteed

Normally go here and have no problems today a lady with her hair plated was extremely rude and seemed like she had no time for me. Won’t be going again due to the way I was spoken to and treated. If you can’t be polite to customers shouldn’t be working with them. Simple
Back today after window shopping this Fresh Butchers Shop yesterday. It was great service by the female staff. I made my selection of chicken and was interested in adding a Porterhouse to my purchase, I was pleasantly notified that the T-bone Steak was on special 😋 😀

Just remember there is a great range of Fresh Meats and Fresh Seafood to select from. Flavoured sausages and pre prepared snitzels. A great display and friendly and courteous customer service.

Our Easter lunch was incredible because of you all! The quality of meat that we received for our lamb/chicken spit was to die for…my family are still talking about it days later.
In addition to our Easter order we ordered meat and fat for salami making…once again incredible with the most buttery fat I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to try these salamis!

Paid $55kg for scotch fillet.
Raw, 2 looked nice with good marbling, one almost presented as rump cut into scotch shape.
Once cooked to medium they tasted like a cheaper cut of meat like porterhouse.
Not nice and tender and flavoursome like you'd expect from 55kg scotch fillet
Have had scotch fillets 10x better for half the price at Woolies.
Had high hopes for this butcher and wanted to support local but felt very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I put an order in for a frenched rib roast and boy did they deliver. Tied with string, bit of rosemary, I did the sticky mulled wine roast and it absolutely went off. The final product isn't burnt - that's all the sticky, crunchy glaze!
