Woolworths Frankston

The lack of "customer service " isn't the express checkout staff's priority it seemed today being a Sunday afternoon. They are more interested in discussing the lack of staff on at the deli and other areas of the supermarket to acknowledge they have customers to be served. All the guy I had serve me was to ask if I had a rewards card. I then had some inconsiderate low life druggie push past me with his trolley whilst I was unpacking my shopping from my pram. Disgusting behaviour. I guess you get that from a Frankston shopping centre.

Great customer service from on duty manager who gave me a box of chocolates for waiting in line while they attended to a computer issue with the register ...

Very disappointed woolworths, shop there every week and l buy quick eze regularly always 9.00 dollars . Today went to buy my quick eze it had a red hot special sign around it for 12 dollars , really !! Very disappointed once again trying to rip people of and being very deceptive , disgusting .

Today we encountered Lachlan in the seafood section at the deli department.
He was so friendly and informative and put up with our silly questions.
Young people working in retail should take a leaf out of his book, he had a personality and a friendly demeanour that is hard to find from young people at his age in retail.
We didn’t feel like just “any other customer”

pathetic customer service, under staffed and only one operational self service counter that took cash. No wonder there is a job crisis in this country when large companies like there are replacing their workers with machines.

Got a very unwarm welcome at the deli section. Wanted a hot chook and could see them in the rotisserie but none ready to go.
Asked the female on duty how long before I could get one. She cut me short and in a very abrupt manner and said 13 minutes.
I understand it's hectic this time of the year but that's not my fault. Compliments of the season to you deli girl.

Frankston locals really are spoilt for choice when it comes to supermarket options. With two woolies within short distances of each other, there is always one near you. This store is layed out well, plenty of space between aisles, friendly staff and multiple self service checkouts. Never had an issue at woolies.
