Bad business!! I called them and asked a question about the pony tail that I brought and she was huffing and puffing she didn’t feel like answering my question but anyways the pony tail is brown synthetic and it cannot dye black for some reason
Bad business. Treated poorly. Wow even in 2022. Just go to Bee Sales or order online for similar or better prices but better customer service.

Not a place you should buy hair from. The people are really nice and accommodating, but their selection is small and they don't carry common styles. If you are looking for braids you wasted your time. Not much to look at period.
