Very efficient, we arrived and the service was quick, and much cheaper than booking online. They offer 3 languages tour. Very nice! I enjoyed and worthy!
Very hard to understand the driver because he spoke so fast, we had no idea what sight he was referring to as he drove past, and we sat in back of boat. However it was an enjoyable 30 minute ride
The boat tour is providing a different perspective on Brugge. Absolute must see. Our captain shared a lot of details with a great sense of humor.
I don't normally like the really touristy things when travelling, but this is a unique way to see Brugge from a different perspective. The Captain was entertaining and the scenery is simply spectacular. As with everything in Bruges, go early. The crowds are insane any time after the first boat rides.
Walked up and got a ride right away, reasonably priced. The ticket sales guy is only reason I didn’t give it 5. This guy just seemed to loathe his job and hate life in general. The boat driver on the other hand was great, and I feel bad for not being able to tip him as I had no cash on me :(
That was our best boat tour ever, highly recommend! The views from the inside the channels are amazing! Some spots are simply not reachable by walking

Our tour guide/captain was really knowledgeable, and fluent in multiple languages. He was funny and really made the journey.
It was well worth the €15 per person, and a great way to see the city and the sights.
