I had my wedding here on 6/28/24 and it was incredible. The staff was wonderful. Arianna, our coordinator, did such a great job and was on top of everything. Beautiful venue, scenery, and day! Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
We are a photo and video duo, and just shot a wedding at the Barn at Raccoon Creek, and it was nothing short of amazing!! These photos speak for themselves, but WOW - every inch of this venue is absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredibly kind and organized. We cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to the team at Raccoon Creek for being so sweet towards vendors! :) We hope to be back!

First off, let's talk about the vibe. The Barn at Raccoon Creek isn't just any barn—it's a beautifully restored 19th-century barn that mixes historic charm with modern chic like you wouldn’t believe. The exposed wooden beams, lofty ceilings, and chandeliers offer a rustic yet elegant backdrop that's just begging to be photographed.
But it’s not just the barn itself that steals the show. The surrounding grounds are manicured to perfection, featuring lush lawns with beautiful landscaping, a giant maple or oak tree (I don't know trees) overseeing the outdoor ceremony site, just a beautiful grounds inside and out. Whether you're capturing the first kiss as a married couple or snapping candid moments during the reception, every shot is postcard-worthy.
Inside, the space is just as impressive. It’s large enough to host a big, boisterous bash but still feels intimate and cozy—perfect for those heartfelt moments. We went there for Easter dinner. It was great! It was my first time at The Barn.
They offered a buffet as well as an omlet station and a pancake station.
I'm not usually a fan of buffets as the food tastes like a buffet..lol.
I was pleasantly surprised. The salmon was teriffic, the breakfast enchilada was very good. But the pancakes..to die for!
We had blueberry, regular, chocolate chip. All delish!
We had a party of almost 20 and we all had great service. The drinks were great, they kept the table clean, the wait staff stayed right on top of everything, which was great on such a busy day.
They offered an Easter Egg Hunt, which the kids loved! We had five little ones in our group.
As we waited for our seating time? They had cornhole and something for the kids.

From a wedding photographer's perspective, this venue is INCREDIBLE! We always love working here! The views, the reception space, the getting ready areas are all amazing and help us great photos for our couples. The staff also treat us VERY WELL, so you know they roll out the red carpet to everyone. Thank you so much!
The Barn at Raccoon Creek was an amazing venue with so many different backdrops, landscapes, and overall venue and getting ready space. Monique was great to work with along with the rest of the team. Their in-house catering team is phenomenal! Some of the best food you will ever have, I promise. Honestly, nothing bad from our day or experience just make sure you either have your own event planner from a different company (coming from an event planner herself hiring your own is the way to go) or the list of what your day of coordinator from the barn will and will not do is clear. We had a lot of misunderstandings at the end of the night which lead to tears, frustration, and a very rough ending on our special day.
Everything about our wedding day and wedding planning experience at the Barn was incredible! Our coordinator Arianna went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and made all the special moments we wanted happen. We enjoyed all of our tastings and planning meetings, throughout the entire process everyone was wonderful to work with. The venue itself is gorgeous year round (even with snow!) and makes for a really beautiful wedding day. We really could not recommend the Barn and the staff enough!!!
