It’s honestly been a long time since I’ve had an experience like this at a hotel. Since COVID quarantine, most hotel experiences have deteriorated exponentially, with limited (often surly) staff, reduced amenities, and insane prices. My experience here was fantastic from start to finish.

Every single staff member that I encountered was so polite and friendly, from the housekeeping staff that I (literally) ran into in the hallways to the hospitality staff. A standout was Robert at the Beach Club who made our short time at the pool bar so fun and pleasant.

I stayed here for a week for a work event and would come back in a heartbeat. I hesitate to say it, but it’s almost on par with one of my favorite resorts in South Beach, Miami (albeit filled with many more kids, for better or worse). Overall it was a great stay and I was honestly flabbergasted in the best way possible. Very impressed and will definitely return on my next trip to Universal.

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Love the text-based system for interacting with hotel staff. Only draw back, I wish they would communicate better about the cost of the car to the airport. Wasn't told it was an 85$ ride until we were dropped off at the airport.

Booked this hotel for one night for the 2 day express passes for Universal. Location is great really close to the parks and you can either walk or get a water taxi. The rooms are nice but nothing special for the price. We used the pool on the evening of our stay and it's a big pool but very shallow with no deep area. The slide was fun and the jacuzzi was nice. We had looked at the price of drinks by the pool and they were v expensive. I don't think I would pay this price just to stay in the hotel if it didn't include the fast passes.

4 day stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, wanted confidence in the brand and also the location with express passes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure where a key factor to choosing the hotel. Great hotel, which we didn't get to use the facilities as much as we would have liked. Pretty busy, as you would expect. Overall as expected and pleased we chose it.

Perfect walking distance to universal and offers a water taxi from behind hotel to city walk. The check in was smooth and flawless meeting my allergy condition wonderfully with a little wait on check in to make sure everything was just right. My only complaints are there are areas that I felt needed better attention to cleaning in the lobby and I felt rushed to get checked out from slow Bell hope and not being able to use the bellhop myself.

This was my first stay at a Hard Rock Hotel. I loved it! The service was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and they pay attention to all the small details. And you can't beat the proximity to the Universal theme parks! You can either take a 5-minute walk along the water through a really pretty tree covered walkway or take a quick boat ride. We enjoyed our silly morning captain who put us in a happy mood for starting our day. The pool area is nice although we never used it and there is lots of awesome rock 'n roll artwork throughout the hotel. If you're traveling with pets, they even have a pet menu! This is definitely my preferred hotel for Universal visits.

Loved staying here. Beautiful place and rooms. Pool was fun for the kids. Boat ride to and from park was fast and easy. Got a roll a way bed for kids, which I actually slept on, and it had to be as comfortable if not more than the regular beds!! And the regular beds were great!! Only complaint is food prices (which I guess you expect from places like this) and check in wait was kinda long. I would definitely stay here again.
