It's closed before time yesterday......
Poor service would not recommend. Claimed to have attempted delivery, however no one contacted us.Tried to track by several phone calls. Finally after 12 days went personally to the warehouse to collect my items. Very disappointed service , unreliable.
I had an unpleasant encounter and will never recommend. The DTDC service is terrible and lacks professionalism. For the past three days, my package has been left untouched and no one bothered to contact me or deliver it. When I asked why it hasn't been delivered despite the tracking showing that it was out for delivery three days ago, the owner or employer, whose identity I am unaware of, had the audacity to respond by telling me not to use their service. This clearly indicates that they do not take responsibility for safely transporting your valuable items.
Does not deliver at home ! Hopeless guy
