I was in a coastal town and I forgot to bring a charging cable for my wireless guitar unit. Fred Meyer to the rescue! They had several of these mini USB cable combinations to choose from, and I was able to play the concert without worry. They also stock excellent shrimp and have a great beer selection as well.
Austin and Karen at the service desk were fantastic today
Help us with gift cards and found a bad one before I bought it and told us about points from the gift cards which gave us a dollar off gas
Was very thankful for their information and great customer service

Thank you for having the fast electric car charging stations. I was captive audience while charging. So I came in store and spent the $30 I saved in gas on lunch. Had not been to Fred Meyer before. New grocery store for our family now.
I do not ever like posting a sad experience, but today I need to ⌠perhaps it will prevent any further verbal assaults by an employee who is a cashier by the door in womenâs apparel.
The checker asked, will you need a bag today, âI answered (yes please) I forgot my bags in the car. Thank you!
At the end of my transaction, my things were not placed in a bag⌠he had on ear-muffs and a mask. I again ask for a bag, he wasnât placing them in a bag clearly⌠instead he lectured me on the proper response to get my things bagged. After absorbing paragraphs of verbal assaults I was in shock. I picked up my things placed them back into my cart and went over to the self checkout in the front of the store. I told the clerk my experience and he gladly gave me a bag I was willing to pay for. He apologized for the rude clerk.
I came in for a few things, a break, respect from my long night beside my kid sister who passed away after 8 years of struggling with cancer.
I think this person should be placed on the night shift where he cannot communicate with anyone. Way to go FredMeyers! I will never come in here again⌠ever!!!!!!!

Big Superstore. If you are looking to get in and out quick this not that kind of store. They do have everything from auto parts to fine wine. Thier produce is the best I've ever seen in any store by far. I mean everything from greens to fruit are always top from visual to the product being just good. They should be very proud in that area for sure. Parking can be tough as there is a FM Gas station there as well. Good prices poor service. If you are not aware of the stores layout it can be a nightmare. Check cashing like Walmart is very very nice. Great Store for shopping for anything at a good value. This goes for both locations in Medford.
Well I found out today that electronics has a 30 day return policy. So I was frustrated but didn't argue. Decided to do some shopping and found some good deals on food. Of course I spoiled my self with some ice cream. My savings was $25 + witch made me happy. Also I bought a house plant there a few weeks back and it is got new growths on it continously. I'm enjoying watching it flourish. Freddy's can be a great place to shop and save a I know from a customer and as a previous employee.
Mike in seafood and meats was very talkative and friendly. He asked us if we needed help and even though we said we were just looking, he sparked up a conversation and gave us a good recipe to try. Wonderful customer service!
