I can’t thank Aman and his team enough for the exceptional service we received for my son’s wedding reception. Everything from set up, food, service, and attention to every little detail was top notch! They were extremely accommodating and made my vision come to life. Aman is a pro and has a good eye for details. He will provide valuable input that will make or break your event.
During the event I had so many guests come to me and say how impressed they were with the food, the service and the hall itself.

Over the past year, we’ve hosted three family events at Versailles Convention Centre, including a Sangeet and a 50th Wedding Anniversary party. The management and staff were excellent —attentive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The venue itself was clean, and the bartenders provided outstanding service. The food received several compliments, and our guests praised both the appetizers and main courses. I would definitely highly recommend this venue for any event.
I've visited many banquet halls, but this was my first time at the Versailles Convention Centre, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had. We booked the venue for a wedding, and they exceeded all our expectations. The chef met with us beforehand to offer his expert suggestions and ensured everything was executed perfectly to our specifications. The food was incredible—words can't do it justice. Every guest loved it and gave compliments. The Goat Biryani comes highly recommended, and the Chicken Korma will remind you of traditional weddings back home. The Amritsari fish, salads, and appetizers were all fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, making sure everyone was well taken care of. They didn't rush anything and made us feel like they were enjoying the event with us. Versailles Convention Centre will be our top choice for any future events. We can't thank them enough for making this special day perfect.
Excellent food especially the bombay veal biryani, the seasoning was perfection. Channa, spinach with kasuiri methi. My compliments to Chef Abdul Wahab
Good food, good company celebrating my nieces wedding. I, have not found a biryani this perfect anywhere in Ontario in any restaurant.

MANAGER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL
So I called a few weeks ago to ask for quotes and book a venue tour. That call went well and I made notes of the numbers given. I went in for our tour with my mom and there was no one to greet us at the door. I called and manager told us to make our way upstairs to the office which we did. When we walked in to the office we were discussing potential date availability as we were flexible with dates and the manager/employee was extremely rude. Wasn’t writing anything down for us and the numbers she gave us were including Indian/Pakistani food which we told her we don’t want as we aren’t Indian or Pakistani and would like to either be given packages with our cultural food or given numbers per head for external catering and she basically told us to take the Indian food as that’s what’s offered other than continental?? The numbers she gave were different from what was told on the phone which is sketchy to me. The way she was treating us was extremely condescending and disrespectful I wouldn’t recommend the hall to anyone. What makes it worse is when we asked for a venue tour she told us to go downstairs OURSELVES and that the doors were open to look at the venue. We’ve done multiple venue tours and NEVER HAS ANYONE NOT WALKED US AROUND. The lights weren’t all on in the hall and we had NO ONE TO SHOW US THE HALL. Didn’t even show us the bridal room which is an important part of venue tours and choosing a venue. She was acting as if we were a burden and nuisance and not as customers who would be paying 20k+ for a venue. Very unfortunate as location wise we were very interested in this venue. I’m still in shock as to how she acted and will warn anyone looking for a venue. If this is how they act at the initial meeting I can only imagine how much worse they’d be acting on wedding day where stress and logistics can cause issues. I’ll attach the video I took on my own when we were dismissed rudely. I wouldn’t spend a dollar here with their terrible customer service let alone tens of thousands of dollars for a wedding

We hosted a social event at Versaiiles on Nov 4th Saturday. Mary-Anne, Baljeet and the staff were amazing. Food was delicious and kudos to Abdul for making sure that everyone was well served. We highly recommend this venue
Great place for a bigger crowd capacity like 800+. Remax Gold held their annual Christmas Party on December 10, 2022. Great clean hall and food was also good. Clean place and great decor. The atrium was beautiful for displays, Santa pictures, 360 camera and much more.
This is a really nice banquet hall, There are also Halal food options available. Pricing ranges . There are 4 main halls within this building and each have the capacity of about 120 people. However if you require a booking for a larger convocation there are temporary walls between each of them so they will open up more then one if required. As for the food options there are several packages available in the corporate/social range there are: Breakfast/Lunch, Meeting 1 and 2. For the wedding range there are: Halal, Gujrati, South East Asian and Platinum. And then the European line of menus which have 5 different alterations. More info on the website.
