Wasn't expecting it to be so simple to change to a new provider, we wanted to go with a small(ish) company where we would be looked after but had to be a great price for a business, from the start they have not let us down, kept us informed from the start, all equipment came on time all pre installed and ready to go.
What did we get,
internet
VoIP phone
and number transfer
Once the number migrated, plugged everything in and all working, had one little issue but was resolved in less than one minute absolutely no problem.
So if you want a great system, great service at an excellent price then honestly try these guys out you won't be disappointed.

Since being contacted and subsequently moving to Midpoint Communications, albeit there were a few problems initially, these were quickly resolved, and I have to say for the first time in along time, a communications company that actually communicate, firstly amongst themselves!!! and secondly, with the client.
I am extremely happy with Midpoint, there first point of contact, and the Tech guys are outstanding, and freely admit if they don't they know a man/woman who does!
Hopefully, the professionalism and first class customer service continues.

Avoid This Company at All Costs!!!
My experience with Midpoint has been nothing short of a nightmare. For two agonizing years, we battled with non-existent internet despite paying out a hefty £94 per month for both internet and phone line services.
Whenever we reached out to address the issue, Midpoint would shamelessly attempt to upsell us unnecessary upgrades, prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction.
Finally, in December, our contract came to an end, and we eagerly sought refuge elsewhere. We found a new provider offering both internet and phone line services for a mere £26 per month—a fraction of what we had been paying.
However, our relief was short-lived. Despite terminating our contract, Midpoint continued to charge us outrageous sums of £94 and even £150, with more excuses provided each time we contested these charges.
Our attempts to resolve the matter through emails and phone calls were met with dismissive responses and further attempts to extort money from us.
I implore you to learn from our ordeal and avoid Midpoint at all costs. Save yourself the headache and financial strain. As for me, I am now pursuing legal action to rectify this unjust situation.

The team are first class and very knowledgeable, they are always on hand to help out with any questions you have.
