Can't say anything bad about this group. I have worked with them and they've been cool to my kids when we've been downtown. Only thing I would change is the deathtrap office they have in that underground office. Only 1 entrance and underground. No thanks.

We walked along pine street yesterday after visiting pike place Market. Thanks for washing the sidewalk. I can't believe the trash and waste people leave in our beautiful city.

TERRIBLE "Non-profit" that claims to be a second-chance and equal opportunity employer. They contribute to the revolving prison door AND the homelessness in downtown Seattle; i have witness them take advantage of their employees hardships by violating their rights! It's borderline dehumanizing. If you really want turn your life around and not be punished or judged for unfortunate circumstances in your past I DO NOT recommend working here! This "non-profit" is the most discriminating employer I've ever came across. WHETHER YOU HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF OR BEEN A VICTIM OF A CRIME OR NOT!!!!!!!

Hi Darcy,
We decided to vacate our room last night. After trying to settle in, the large and noisy homeless encampment made us both feel uncomfortable and confident we would not sleep. We returned our key to the lock box and have booked another hotel for our stay.

We stayed with you in 2018 but the homeless situation was not what it is today. We had a fantastic experience at the time. We really feel for you as a business owner who unfortunately is operating across the street from this situation. If there is anything we can do such as writing a letter to the city or Airbnb to convey how the homelessness is affecting businesses and tourism we are happy to do so.
Thanks,

What is Jon’s email? You will never find it! He has no care in our small business and you cannot get a hold of him.

0 stars for the city.
5 stars for the hard work turning an unsupervised, unmedicated, mental health and drug detox encampment into a healthy city.
The city council should be horse whipped for neglecting the people on the streets.

Remove this eyesore from freeway park. It’s bad enough that the park is covered with homeless and needles, but to ruin the concrete architecture and local fauna by adding this ugly “artwork” for Instagram marketing is a shame. Remove this please!
