On the phone for 2hours waiting for an agent to answe then phone went off with a message telling me no agent available two hours of my life wasted an absolute disgrace don't bother

Are you incapable of reading a website or a leaflet by yourself? well, this is the place for you! The woman on the front desk would not be out of place doing a night job as a bouncer, she does not want you in there. Either you didn't actually book your appointment ahead of time ( computer says no ) or you didn't book a double appointment, or they only do appointments for that topic on certain days...

If you do manage to get in there, prepare to receive no information that you didn't already know. There is no special knowledge or experience here, they simply read to you. If you get super lucky, you might get the guy who kept poking me in the shoulder every few seconds after I explained that I had Aspergers. Mmm yes please, unwanted physical contact.
