Burger King

This location made me stop going to Burger King completely

Visited this location earlier in the week. Staff person at the window was very rude and unpleasant. Handed me the order, closed the window then spit in the trash can. Disgusting. Stay away if possible.

Jacked up prices, no free refills. Avoid!

Karol was unprofessional. There was a line. I was supposed to be next, instead a Hispanic women walked up without seeing the line. The other girl took my order and I explained the issue. She either didn’t understand or simply didn’t care . Laughing behind the counter while getting my drink made it clear she didn’t care. The kids at the Burger King in Potomac mills food court need to learn professional work behavior.

I have been coming to this Burger King for the LONGEST TIME! Never have I had an issue with my order. I have ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich AND ADD CHEESE. Ofc they charge 50 cents for the cheese but this time, they said they never did that and refused to put cheese on a SANDWICH.

The manager was rude when I went back to return the fries cause there seemed to be gum on the carton and they were in the bag the whole time, she asked what i expected her to do since I didn't want a new fry and she replied that I had them for too long so she probably suspected that i did something to them. I said to just throw it away, to which she responded that 'I can throw it away' quite rudely. I work in the food industry myself so I can understand on some level but I will not be coming back again whether they care or not.

The staff from cashier to the service workers getting my food are so rude and completely lack customer service .last week, I went through the drive through. The staff forgot my fries and when I went back, she just rolled her eyes and pretty much tossed the bag of fries at me without a work. But her actions spoke louder than words. If I didn’t have my daughter with me, I would have given her a piece of my mind.
I’ve been there several times and noticed the bad service is ongoing expectation no matter what time of day. Now I drive elsewhere for my fast food because I work hard for my money and spends it at places that appreciate my money and provide good service.
