Traveled from Winchester looking for a prom dress for my daughter. We had not been having much luck until we came into your shop. What an amazing experience. All
three ladies that we became in contact with were lovely and accommodating. We were even able to have the seamstress alter the dress on the same day. Wish we would have started our dress search here. And we will be back in the future. Thank you so very much!

My daughter and her friend were dress shopping for prom. The owner of this shop refused to let them try on dresses because she said they wouldn't fit and that they might break the dresses because they are plus sized girls. The girls were so hurt and upset that they were treated this way. We will never be returning to this shop. Awful behavior.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I went with my nieces Monday to find a gown for her military ball we found the perfect dress fit but was a little loose on top they said they can add straps fast forward two days later went to go pick up dress they did not let us try the dress on when we got home to try it on she could no longer fit it because the older Asian lady Lili the seamstress lady had the nerve to say maybe she gained weight in two days when I tell you she had my niece in tears I went off this lady is so unprofessional and she should not be allowed to work there she is running this store down! It’s disgusting to have someone be disrespectful to a KID!! Then told me to shut up yea will never go back if she is there. That was totally disrespectful and unprofessional of her.

I was shopping for a ball gown. Came across this store and it was like heaven. Found several dresses I liked. The staff was vey helpful in assisting me trying on and finding the right fit. We came away with two gowns. I will be back.

I visited this store only because I seen it from the mall. The dresses were beautiful. I went in to take some pictures and received looks. I read many reviews concerning this store after I left and I can understand why the reviews were not so pleasant. I gave this store 3 stars because of the dresses but 1 star for lack of customer service.

I went in here to look for a homecoming dress. I asked the woman who worked in the store if she could take an extra small off the mannequin for me to try on. She looked me up and down said “That won’t fit you, you need a small” in an extremely rude voice. Then she rolled her eyes at me and said “Well, we’ll see if the small fits” as if she was insinuating that I was fat. I felt extremely insulted and persisted to leave the store. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

Awful, awful experience! We walked in to look for quinceñera dresses for a family member and picked one but the attendant at the fitting room rudely stated we needed an appointment just to use the fitting rooms and yanked the dress away! We were extremely surprised as 1. The dresses weren’t anything spectacular 2. We were one of two customer groups there and 3. could not accomplish anything without trying the dress on. It was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. There was no reason for the disgusting treatment. The others around group looked appalled as well. We walked out immediately. Go to David’s Bridal instead!!! Always!
